I will start operating my FANBOX and Fantia in this year, but those platforms are needed to censorship my arts just like Enty.

As far as i read about it its not about japanese style, its about minor looking characters which some people simply declare as anime artstyle to get past patreons terms of service, which means if the characters you draw look 18+ no matter the artstyle everything is fine.

I would take anything posted on that site with a huge grain of salt, as they're clearly a heavily biased source, but this seems to be the way Patreon is heading regardless.

The problem is they could claim any character looks under 18 as they see fit. As these are fictional characters there is no way to fight their claim, there are many IRL pornstars who look under 18 becuase of their small builds so this will likely be troublesome.

One artist I follow censors their posts on fanbox but puts an image with the url to a uncensored version, not sure how long they will get away with it but its working so far.

I saw someone else get reported for chibi art within the last two weeks and had to remove it, so you are right that saying all "Japanese-style" is banned is a stretch but the door has been left wide open for patreon to ban almost all creators if they feel like it.

I'm pretty sure it's larger than Patreon and caused by some country amending a child protection law to include fictional characters. They are likely scared of dealing with any potential legal issues so they are just cutting a finger off.

the artist JCDR uses fanbox. the last image is a link to the uncensored version. dunno if that is allowed on fanbox but he hasn't been suspended yet.

I'd say don't panic. Patreon has done this stuff before and they will give you chances to reaquire your account. I've seen plenty of artists that actually do draw the stuff they are targeting and they are fine or are given multiple chances.
