These photos are little fragments of the time I spent with Lolita in Warsaw and Barcelona after leaving Ukraine.

It was a brief pause filled with photo shoots, long walks, quiet moments, and a chance to rest after almost month of tense, sleepless nights. Just a small collection of things that caught my eye, inspired me, surprised me, or simply stayed with me as warm memories.

One thing this trip taught me: I’m officially done experimenting with film. As you can probably tell from some of the medium format shots, the orange surprise wasn’t exactly what I had in mind.

The downside of sending my film to the lab in big batches instead of developing it right away is that I only discover these “creative decisions” weeks or even months later. I’m pretty sure I still have a few more shoots waiting for me with the same unexpected look.

So… I think it’s time to go back to my forever favorites: Kodak Gold, Ultramax, XP2, Double-X, and, of course, TX 400.
