I have a question for you. At what age did you start thinking about the meaning of life? What answer did you find? And did this knowledge make you feel better?

I will be glad to receive answers both in the comments and in private messages.

Because my answer to this question is very sad - Sense does not exist. (although it may please someone))

It is your responsibility as a human to find the sense. You need to find it for yourself. Viktor Frankl's "Man's Search for Meaning" is a good place to start.

For me today already had meaning simply because I got to see your photos. And there are still lots of opportunities to do meaningful things before going to sleep again. To me there is no predefined meaning, but that means you get to create meaning based on whatever you see meaningful. I think it was Dalai Lama or someone who said something like: in the scope of the universe, everything we do will be irrelevant, but it's very important that we do it. I've lived through years without feeling any meaning and it was not awesome, but once I finally started to find meaning in things again, I'm very glad I did. There's a lot of meaning in wondering about all the cool things that exist, there's lots of other creatures to bond and form relationships with. There are all kinds of amazing things to do. Your photography is definitely one of the things, admiring and wondering of which brings meaning. It tickles the brain the right way like a good song or a poem, tasty food or an interesting discussion. We can bring meaning to ourselves and we can bring meaning to others. What a great power to have.

Now I understand that everyone has to find this meaning independently. And the fact that I find it depressing, from the point of view of the Universe or God can be a merciful gift - an option. Maybe I just don't have the resource now to choose this meaning. If the meaning of being is the reason why you don't want to die, then the only thought that motivates me to live is that nature is magical. I don't want to end my life because I still want to see and feel the change of weather, the blossoming of lilacs, the singing of birds, the rustling of fallen leaves under my feet. Is this my meaning of being now?

When I was 7 or 8 years old, I started to thing about and also about the death. Well you know what I think about. I remember in the school they explain us: living beings are born, grow, reproduce and die. In fact, all the animals, insects, microbes, bacteria, even plants follow this cycle that does not seem to pursue anything other than the continuity of the species in question. In a way, as part of them that I am, it should be enough for me... but our "intelligence" is not satisfied with this answer, the same intelligence that places us at the peak of evolution and that authorizes us to contemplate and think about everything from an almost unhealthy anthropo-centrism.

I was around 14, my friend thought me about meditation and two main questions “who am I” and “where am I”. And that journey is going for 15 years already. Eventually you give up liquor and other stuff, you start feeling and thinking differently. Ancient Rome was famous with the point that slaves were supposed to consume two gallon wine a day 😉 Sense is one of the fractals , as I see it
