SOS Bros React - HunterxHunter Season 1 Episode 2 - Tests within Tests!!

The journey continues! Gon, Kurapika and Leorio continue on their adventure and get a near Monty Python level "Bridge-keeper" scene haha! Then a clever twist with some massive jackrabbit shapeshifters! This is a very clever world we've stepped into! What did you think of the episode? Leave your thoughts in the comments below, we'd love to chat with you! I think they got that by now. They obviously recored the first two episodes in a row before they got feedback so you don't have to correct any mistakes they made that were already pointed out in the comments of episode 1.

JeTi

Great reaction again, please consider uploading full reactions to a google drive rather than putting the show on hiatus if the blocking continues.

It won't be happy go lucky the whole show... trust me lol

Kyle

Joker and white haired kid will definitely not disappoint, that is all I can say haha.

Kurapika is a guy. It's not a plot point or anything. He just kinda... is a guy. A very feminine looking guy, but still. There'll never be any super intense moment where Gon and Leorio go, "what could be under Kurapika's pants?!" or anything like that. Pretty much just accepted that he's a dude right from the get-go. The creator had been known in the past to make a lot of androgynous characters so this was kind of just continuing his trend. But yeah, it does catch a lot of people off guard including me back when I first saw it.

can't wait for you guys to get further into the story !

i believe that kurapika is actually of undetermined gender, its never explicitly stated one way or another in the original text. also it would have been fun to see them guess if kurapika's gender is a plotpoint or not but whatever

Nope, he's a guy for sure. There's actually a point where he contradict someone who said he was a girl.

Hey is there anyway to view your first episode reaction? It's blocked on YouTube and it doesn't feel right to watch your reactions without getting a first impression. I thought maybe it was here on Patreon but no such luck :(
