A reminder from season 1. All magic users have a "Devil's tumor" in their brain.

I know it's just my obsessive brain, but it hurts when they can't recall relevant stuff from season 1.

I think Caiman's head could have been made into a lizard intentionally so that En finds Nicaido. En was looking for someone who could have bought Ebisus's magic and "accidentally" found that the time sorcerer had recently been at the same shop. The apartment that was supposedly meant for top executives is interesting. We see those execs (who were supposedly close to the boss) struggling with housing. And I think that's the same place where Shin found Risu's head.

I think we could have already guessed that Caiman is Aikawa from season 1. In the last episode, Caiman's head hurts, and in the same episode, we get a flashback with Risu where Aikawa's head hurts a couple of times. Notably, he also vanishes without a trace each time his head hurts, and when Kaiman's head hurts, a mysterious person appears to stab Nicaido. I think Aikawa, Caiman, and The Boss are the same person from different times. I also think it's possible that the Boss's headless body is time-hopping, doing things before dying or becoming Caiman. One of the biggest hints is that all top execs of the organization were said to be good with knives (and we saw one of them kick risus ass with those), Aikawa is good with knives, and so is Caiman.
