While the last episode wasn’t too bad when it came to Skipped Light Novel content, this episode goes kinda nuts with it, to the point that a lot of Light Novel fans think that it should’ve been split into two episodes. But, let’s get started: - There was a flashback between Dumas and Napoléon Joseph Charles Paul Bonaparte (nephew of the more famous Napoleon), who were on a ship together. Dumas becomes interested in an island they sail by. A tiny place named Monte-Cristo. - The most famous moment would obviously be the comeback of John Strange Fake. In the Novel he doesn't just pop out and stab Alcides immediately. They have an actual fight before he gets shanked. While they're obviously not equals, John is throwing hands at a rate where it can be called an actual fight. And ultimately, it's thanks to Flat and Jack's distraction that John finally manages to stab Alcides. - The showdown between Gilgamesh and Richard unfortunately lost some cool moments. Chief among them was Gilgamesh summoning an absolute crap-ton of weapons at once, and then forming them into a dragon. - There was a full fight between Jester, Assassin and Sigma that got cut. A real shame, seeing how much she has already lost screentime. - In the Light Novel, Flat wasn’t hiding under a pile of rubble as he waited to ambush Alcides. He was hiding under a pile of Jack corpses. Which, when you think about it, would be more effective, and more (physically) comfortable. - The reason Gilgamesh gets stunned as Alcides’ arrows fly towards him isn't because of his gates shutting down. He was actually trying to deflect the arrows by using the weapons already on the roof around him, since they didn't get desummoned by the gates shutting. The real cause was True Berserker's Scream of Fear ability, which is the weird sound that plays during that moment.

All sacrifices to the altar of pacing. They knew where they wanted to end this cour, and it is basically the only place to do it.

The author of this was also involved in the Enkidu interludes in FGO... The main building blocks of Enkidus character. He also worked closely with the people who created the Babylonia singularity so when it comes to the characters this author has the best understanding of, Except for the characters specific to his story, Gil-Enkidu-Ishtar and xxxxxxxx are probably the ones he understands the most. Specifically Enkidu and xxxxxxxxx since he was the one who designed there characters (Obviously in conjunction to Nasu in Enkidus case)
