And on this episode of Skipped Light Novel content, there were a bunch of scenes that were cut, and unfortunately most of them were really cool. - First off, a whole ass fight between Alcides and Hippolyta was cut. You notice that quick moment in the anime where Faldeus has both of them on the screen? Yeah, that's what the battle was reduced to. The scene started with a quick flashback to the origins of Hippolyta and the Amazons, and how everything changed once Heracles pulled up. We then return to the present, the moment that Rider's black mist started swallowing up everyone in the area. Alcides, using another one of his Labor based Noble Phantasms, summoned the Mares of Diomedes and rode them to escape the mist. Two of them get swallowed up in the process, but he ultimately manages to evade and outrun the mist. And that's when Hippolyta pulls up. The two of them have a really epic horseback battle, all while the black mist is trying to catch them both. It goes on for a while, until Alcides uses the Grail Mud in his body in an attempt to have it swallow Hippolyta. That's when her Master uses a Command Spell to create a burst of energy to blow the mud away. It works, but Alcides uses the opportunity to properly escape, since he's still fairly fucked up thanks to the earlier battles. A really awesome scene. Shame that it was cut, since horseback battles are rare in anime as it is. - Next, there were some Prelati shenanigans as they were assessing the situation. The important bits were that they noticed how Hippolyta had gotten noticeably stronger since the canyon battle, likely thanks to enhancements from her Master, and how they had no idea what the black mist actually was. - There's a particularly cool scene that I'm sad was cut, which involved the Clan Calatin members who got swallowed by the mist. While unconscious they got to see a moment from Dumas' life, a rather notable moment, since it was his meeting with Edmond Dantès, the Count of Monte Cristo. Basically, Edmond Dantès was a real person in Fate, and Dumas' book about him was the story of his revenge, with some details added and removed. During the scene, Dumas essentially convinces Dantès to let him write a book about his life. - The scene where Sigma and Assassin wake up was shortened. The most notable detail left out was that Sigma could no longer contact Watcher, since it didn't get drawn inside Rider's world. - The scene between Dumas and Orlando was shortened, mostly to cut out a portion of their discussion involving something Ishtar was doing. Although the anime moved that Ishtar moment back, so it doesn't appear during this season, making it a sensible cut. - The scene where Richard and Ayaka meet and join forces with Clan Calatin was streamlined quite a bit. We briefly got to see two of Richard's "comrades" as he essentially flexed on the cops, and some of his usual silliness was also cut.

Ayeka is supporting 2 servants, a couple episodes ago she asked Saber to have her linked with Assassin so she could be free from the Vampire's mana.
