The crazy part is that Subaru is the one who named Patrasch. Also Emilia is back since Lye spat out all he ate not because he died so no killing Roy was probably the good call. We strill have no idea How Rem woke up since both Roy and Rui should have her name and memories still just like Julius still does not have his name.

Didn't we see Rui spit out Rem in the corridor of memories? She threw away a blue marble and then Subaru hears Rem talk to him there so I assumed that was what happened, but I could definitely be wrong (anime only). Rui said something about feeling dearness for Subaru which she doesn't like and then she spits out a blue memory ball and says she's throwing away those memories. Later in the corridor amnesiac Subaru meets Rem despite not remembering her, so it would make sense that what Rui threw away were Rem's memories. Maybe the reason Rem is awake but doesn't seem to remember anything is because being in the corridor of memories cleansed her soul of her experiences (like Rui says it exists to do) and so she got back her soul but it is blank now. Roy probably has her name still which is why people still don't remember her. Again, could be completely wrong, just my interpretation from watching the anime.
