Hi everyone,

Sorry for the short notice. We will do a one hour live hang out tomorrow (9.30am Japan time see above link). Topics can be anything but we will probably end up talking about the Sam interview and Joe Rogan's comments on Australia. You know how it goes!

Look forward to seeing some of you Galaxy Brains there!

Figuring out when this is actually happening feels awfully close to an intelligence test from my timezone. Update: the truly intelligent will likely observe that simply clicking on the link removes all ambiguity

Ohhh super sad it was yesterday! I need to watch the replay now. Sad to see I had so many things I would love to hear you respond to. So many little nuances that I'd love to discuss. Maybe next month. Would love some more notice but I'm galaxy brain now!

Fraser

Pour one out for the GMT bros 😭

Kirsten Greed

Yo folks. Discord came up in the chat. Where do I find the link?

Tom Allison

As ever, wouldn't an audio-only version of this content (in case one misses the live event) be wonderful... (of course if this would cost you all more than a button click or two, I fully understand why it's not available and will make do ;)).

Professor Matt

Tom my goal is to add more audio content to the Patreon only podcast feed. I’ll try my best!

James Pulver

I know I'm late to the party, but when you refer to "patreon" content in the podcast, and it doesn't show up in the patreon DTG feed, I'm left confused. Then this crowdcast platform is very difficult to access - seemingly impossible on my Android phone anyway. I don't want to come off as a complainer, but I do want to let you know the user experience. I looked at my podcast app, nothing. I launched the patreon app, searched on the Sam Harris info (This isn't even labeled an AMA like you referenced in the podcast).. I clicked on it in the app, it launched a browser. It then needed me to log into patreon again, which required me to log into my e-mail on my phone again to approve the "new login" to patreon. Then it asked me to create a new account at crowdcast. Then it spun and complained about my network (everything else is working fine). Then it went through even though I did nothing, but when I hit play / join something, it spun for about 5 minutes, and I gave up on ever getting this content. This is a FAR WORSE experience than just using the patreon podcast in my podkicker pro app. I know, I don't contribute a lot via Patreon, but I have to say, dearth in the podcast content, which is what I was looking for, and apparently impossible hoops for me on my phone for the video content leads me to just stick with the free feed...

Ok, nevermind, I tried on the PC and found out this is only available to higher subscribers. Would have been nice to know ( and probably shouldn't show as unlocked in my $2 tier) before jumping through so many hoops.
