This workshop begins with a practical discussion on the analytical mind — how overthinking can get in the way of hypnosis, and simple ways to soften that resistance so you can open more fully to the experience.

We also talk about the Divine Nymph series and, more personally, what drives me to write the kind of material I create.

The hypnosis itself centres on love, romance, and intimacy. It explores the softer, more connected side of desire and ends with an HFO, along with a post-hypnotic suggestion.
