Live Workshop June 2022 (Patreon)

In this workshop we chat about creating the loop track.

The hypnosis section begins nice and early at approximately 8:16. Positive affirmations for a peaceful and mood enhancing hypnosis theme this time! I run through affirmations I was creating for the loop track I was working on at the time.

Afterwards there’s a good long chat — more about the loop track, a contest/giveaway, the TV show The Essex Serpent and its use of hypnosis, plus other tv shows/ movies, cultural discussions.

Enjoy the workshop!
