This month's postcard is one of my favorite scenes in Kyoto - the old road towards Hōkan-ji Temple and it's 5 story pagoda. Kevin Riley and I took a snapshot here in 2015 and it's on the back with the massage. The street is where you enjoy a matcha green tea ice cream on a hot day watching yukata dressed visitors stroll down the street not far from the Ninenzaka stairs and Kiyomizudera Temple.
