Unusual Japanese Truck w/ Sauna in Winter

This Keitora Sauna or Small Japanese Truck with a sauna is something I've never seen before. The owner saw a YouTube video and decided to make one for himself, perhaps one of the first in Japan. He backed it to the Shimantogawa River and told me to get in - go jump in the river when I get too hot. For some reason, he didn't want to join me.
