Do they have spice or spice levels like in Ichiran lol?

Ada Chiu

What's their specialty broth in Tohoku? Each of your favourite ramen place in the area?

Suede hightower

Which broths are considered more western friendly as in which has the least amount of Dashi! Thanks!

Gregg Hoshida

Have there been any new places that are stretching the idea of what ramen is? If so, what are they? At what point does it stop being ramen but something completely new?

Megan Meyer

Has Leo had his first noodles yet? My kiddos were slurping udon by six months.

Megan Meyer

Why would you want less dashi? A good dashi is what makes the best ramen.

David J

Do the really good ramen shops hand made their noodles? Or are they mainly bought from noodle factories and does the noodle taste/texture differ from region to region in Japan or just depend on chef and customer preference? Thanks John and Cody!

Kerry Larsen

Cody, you're in Michelin star ramen restaurant and they only allow two toppings on your favourite ramen. What are the two toppings you'd choose? What is the most decadent ramen you've ever experienced?

Jason Bourgeois

Are there any special ingredients in the noodle making in Tohoku? 🍜

John Frommelt

What's the most ridiculous thing you've seen done to Ramen that turned out to be amazing? Example being something like someone using vienna sausages as a topping or something.

ONLY in JAPAN

Ooooooo!!! That's a good one! I'll ask Cody when I see him again. We plan to do more videos together about Ramen.

ONLY in JAPAN

Oh! I don't know about Ichiran. I was focused on Tohoku ramen, not so much the chains. Ichiran is really main stream but still good :)
