Good morning brown, We have just awoken and sincerely apologise for whatever happened on ticketmaster .com and our Patreon 'DREMCATCHER' code. Rest assured we have been on the phone trying to sort this. Oh, was the code meant to provide a discount on checkout? Just in case it is pertinent, I believe I tried that for Toronto, and the code was invalid. But that was shortly after the presale began, so perhaps it has been rectified since. (I assume that discounts won't be applied retroactively, and that's no problem. Secured some great seats and can't wait for the show!)

Two shows in a row that I've bought tickets early only to have the Patreon discount code come in after the fact and now I can't return the original tickets

So I used DREM to purchase VIP tickets for nyc, before DREMCATCHER was fixed. Was the only difference a discount? I just want to make sure all I did was spend a couple extra bucks, which is no big deal, and didn’t miss out on any other perks. Thanks boys big love can’t wait for the show

Bought VIP tix for the Vancouver show but discount code wasn't working when I tried. If it was just a discount that the code gave, it's not the biggest loss. Still happy to support the boys with the full price

Ticketmaster said I am unable to exchange my tickets as it is in the presale period, even though I have the correct code. Going to try my luck when the presale is over 😢

Me three. Would like to just confirm that the VIP with code 'DREM' is the same VIP as DREMCATCHER. I also had to go back because I forgot my Ticketmaster login and the ticket price for VIP went up 20 bucks because of it, is that a normal Ticketmaster thing?

Ok it works for one date but not the other. The other one worked with "DREM". Also spaces matter, get rid of them

I tried to get VIP passes for my wife and I in Seattle at 9 a.m. this morning. I didn't see an option to buy VIP passes, so I thought they weren't an option this year, or had sold out really fast, so I got two seats way back. (I used DREM. Didn't know about the DREAMCATCHER code. Was there an email we missed?) Or I just messed up. Now all the VIP passes are gone. We're bummed we're not up front, but we're even more bummed about the meet and greet. Is there anyway we can still purchase one of those? Pleeease?

Hi Jay and Sue the DREMCATCHER code was listed before the pre-sale tickets went on sale, alongside the artist pre-sale code DREM. We're sincerely sorry you didn't get the ticket you wanted for Seattle, but Patreon will be the first to know of any future releases or additional VIPs.

They're up now as of 12 EST. They went down sometime last night between pre-sale window and general sale time

definitely not sold out. please follow the public link on the Donna's site. Then, if you want to get your Patreon discount on the VIP seats, enter DREMCATCHER in the Unlock box first, then select your VIP seat. Cool?

Sue there's still some VIP seats left. It could be worth trying to go book those now, and then return your way back seats after? To get the VIP ones, go via the public link on the aunty donna page, hit Unlock top right, enter DREMCATCHER then select any seats that say VIP / Meet and Greet and you'll see a discount has been applied. Be quick. Good luck.

LA we're working with Ticketmaster and the venue to get this fixed. Currently you can book VIP seats but you can't enter the code to get the Patreon discount. Yet. Hold fire.
