Hi everyone!

I'm finally back home from the army (see previous post for the context). Now I have time again to compose ambiences packs for you. I do have many ideas to work on, but I think it'd be wise to ask for your opinion. What ambiences packs would you like to have ? Think about a place and several variants that could make sense and be useful.

The only conditions are that it has to be in the same format as I always do (it means, no music or spoken stories by example).

Have a good day!

Could always use more boss encounters or travel encounters and darker encounter themes

Great idea! I can rarely get enough of science fiction stuff. For example, "People on a spaceship doing their work" would be a setting I'd love to hear (think of the "Normandy" from "Mass Effect" e.g.), maybe with one version being a bit busier than the other (you know, sometimes people work more quietly, and sometimes there's a bit more chatter and everything is livelier. I'd love to have both versions). Or a space settlement on a planet. Or a busy space port, with lots of noise and stuff happening. If you're not into doing science fiction stuff at the moment, I'm always down for more darker caves. Or, like Jason above me suggested, more darker encounter themes. And finally, I'd also enjoy "weird, dark, morbid" ambience stuff that would e.g. fit in a "Planescape: Torment"-setting. I can't think of a good specific example at the moment, but yeah. Thanks for the great work again! :)

You have a few fabulous Shadowfell ambience tracks, but for those of us who will be spending a lot of time there, it'd be great to have even more options! Some ideas: In my version of the Shadowfell, beams of light slowly move across the surface of the land just as shadows do "back home". I envision these regions being a source of dread for native inhabitants just as we fear the shadow. Perhaps an ambient track that captures that feeling of dread caused by the bright light. Life is scare in the 'fell so dead things rot slowly giving rise to patches of strange fungi. When they've matured, they release their spores into the arid wind. These "spawns" are accompanied by eerie whistles and pops as the spores are released.

Agree about the sience fiction soundscapes. More please :) Futuristic city (think Cyberpunk, Bladerunner not space exploration sci-fi) street view ((bad part of town, lower levels, ritch part, shopping street, high traffic intersection) and indoor (apartment, store, bar...). Inside of different vehicles (taxi, car, public transportation, military transportation...)

Yes, futuristic city stuff is also always appreciated! :D

Thank you very much for the propositions! I started working on Sci-Fi ambiences and I shall propose some in a few days. Your ideas are refreshing!

Thank you! That's interesting ideas, although very complexe to put into audio. I can't promise anything as it's *very specific*, but that definitely tickles my imagination :D

Thank you Thomas! I started working on Sci-Fi ambiences this weekend and you will get them very soon (i'll also update the bandcamp album with the non-exclusive new sci-fi tracks). As for the specific cyberpunk ambiences you mentioned, they are incredibly hard to create but I believe I'll be able to make some of them nonetheless. Thanks!

I play Hc Svnt Dracones which is a sci-fi version of DnD. Some scifi ambiences would be wonderful. Anything from panetscapes to starports to space ships.

Kragged Wizard

A giant siege with dragons and such would be cool

I definitely would like to see more 1-hour songs on the patreon, as it makes managing the music during RPG gaming a lot easier compared to 10-20 individual songs that might not all fit as well together.

Hello! The short ambiences (~7 minutes long) are perfectly seamless. You can simply play them in loop!
