NOTE: For some reason Patreon seems to require right-clicking and opening in a new tab to view the full sized version of the image above. If clicking gives you a small image and you'd like a better look at the options without having to download them then that is the means I see to do so.

I wanted to try out a few costume edits for Starfire, but in the process I decided to do a nude version and then add the clothes on top because nudity. The alterations are minor and were just done to compare two skirt alternatives and the short-short bottom. I'm torn between which I prefer, so let me know your opinions in the comments. All 3 options are above in numerical order for ease of reference, or can be downloaded individually below.

I will make a separate post for $4+ patrons with the nude and full size versions of each image. I just wanted to make this post separate so that all patrons can provide input.

EXTRA NOTE: I currently have a post where I'm open to input and ideas for the start of the upcoming Teen Titans comic. If you'd like to check it out and/or leave you own feedback it can be found here.

I personally prefer 2. Looks more natural.

2 or 3

Kabokutori

1 is sexier but 3 is more natural with that nice dip, so I think 3.

PRS3245

1 is definitely the sexiest version, but it doesn't feel natural as atime skip version of her for the Teen Titans cartoon show. it's definitely leaning more towards the comics version of her, but I say that 3 would most likely be the best choice here.

Happytimes

2 or 3 feel like they'd fit better

2 or 3, The skirt is just too much a part of he outfit to do away with I think. I would go with 3 if you plan on taking advantage of the shorter skirt to throw some peekaboo shots in, otherwise go with 2.

Dante

3 is my final answer for the sake of the canon and sexy

incognitymous

Natural is good, although there's not a lot "natural" about the character in a traditional sense, nor her fashion in nearly every canon, so it's not the only factor.

incognitymous

In terms of peekaboo shots both skirts are technically the same length since the skirt starts lower, but covers just as much in terms of legs.

incognitymous

Yeah, that's the primary factor I was torn on. I think 1 looks good, but the animated version is known for wearing a skirt, and it seems most are in agreement on that.

Dagoron

True enough. 3 is definitely sexier, but 2 just feels more Starfire-y to me. At least as far as the source material you're pulling from for the designs is concerned (the TV show). 3 would fit better with the actual comic version of Starfire who was inherently more sluttly looking.

Personally I like 3. I'm a sucker for that low rise waistline.

I like how hot she is in 1 but the low rise wiast in 3 is lovely.

LesbianLover

Torn myself between 1 & 3. Both are my faves

Rhoward682

If I had to give my two cents, I’d go with number 3. Obviously 1 is the most provocative, but 3 is the perfect mix between Starfire’s oblivious sexual nature (which is true to her character) and adapting her for your upcoming comic, which will definitely show a bit more than the comics ;)

Both 1 & 3 would be good to use. Number 3 for everyday use and #1 would be good for a scene if Starfire and Raven are sunbathing on the roof of Titans Tower and get attacked. As that look good for a Bathing suit but mobile enough for combat.

incognitymous

Yeah, those are the two I was mostly torn between, whereas 2 was mostly to see how many people preferred a more canon skirt.

incognitymous

Yeah, the oblivious sexual nature of Starfire on top of her innocence is what makes me like her. The thing is I find that her sexual oblivious nature also makes number 1 accurate since her innocence could easily make her unintentionally provocative since she would view it as natural, especially considering how Raven dresses in that regard.

incognitymous

I did consider the possibility that both could be used at different times, although 3 overall seems to have significantly more support at this time. If 1 and 3 balance out more then alternating them could work as Starfire doesn't need to wear all the same articles of clothing all the time.

RevyTwoHand

I hope it does balance out as I believe both are real winners. And one of my pet peeves in most shows like Teen Titans or Ben 10 is that they rarely changed their clothes. I understand why from an animators sense, but in-world sense it bugged me.

incognitymous

Whoops, missed this. Sadly Patreon does not notify me of responses to comments. I agree in shows like Ben 10 it's a bit more bothersome, but it makes perfect sense as to why the Teen Titans would have outfits that all look the same given the fact that they wear costumes that serve as uniforms that symbolize their identity as heroes.

RevyTwoHand

No worries, I make a comment or a reply not expecting an answer back (though it is awesome if I do get one). Or else it becomes a endless chain of reply, RE:, RE: RE:,, RE: RE: RE:. Lol. Good point on the Teen Titans. Now that I think about it I they did do an episode when all the others found and were dressing as Robin....yep found it. It's called "The Quest" and does show Robin's multiple uniforms.
