EDIT: I'm an idiot and I derped. I used a font size that was intended for a past work of a different resolution and so I had too large of a font size. It has been reduced down to the intended size.

The colors for the first page of Emotion Sickness are now complete. Robin is going for a swim in the pool when he is met by two unexpected but likely very welcomed visitors.

It took some experimenting with the background colors versus what was in my reference image. If I have any change of heart I may still mess with them a bit, but I think it works out well enough as it is.

LINES:

Here are the lines for the first page of the new comic, which is titled as Emotion Sickness. Things start off with Robin going for a swim when the girls unexpectedly show up for the same. The title is based around an idea I have involving Raven as the comic goes on, but as was mentioned in the comic idea post from before it will start more focused on Robin and Starfire, although Raven's going to be more present in this part than initially planned.

So instead of doing a cover I did as I said and decided to go straight into the first page. If I decide to do a cover I'll try to squeeze something in over a weekend some time, but not sure if I'll feel that overly necessary. This page itself wasn't all that complicated, but I did have to work out how I wanted to do some things, which always makes the first page of a comic take more time. The first panel will have a shadow in the water with displacement to indicate someone swimming underwater, but I didn't feel it necessary to do in this stage.

I went with the main swimsuit theme as was mentioned in the comic idea post. I took the pool room design from a scene in the show (with some adjustments), and the swimsuits are the ones I had designed after that idea was mentioned in case I went with it.
