Your doctor doesn't know (Patreon)

Did you know your doctor only receives 20 hours of nutritional education over FOUR YEARS of university? That's 2.5 days. Total. But more on this in a minute. If you want to be healthy, do the opposite of what the government tells you to do. Red meat, salt, and real butter are absolutely fine for you.Being sedentary, scrolling, processed foods, sugars, energy drinks, cereal, simple carbs, and a lack of protein is not.Additionally, breakfast is NOT the most important meal of the day, and skipping it to intermittent fast is insanely healthy, you CAN eat before bed (protein, veggies, fruit, fats), and fruit sugar is not the same as regular sugar - nor is it processed the same. Low-fat/nonfat versions of foods are usually unhealthy and chemically processed...and margarine is full of trans fats and some have a similar chemical make-up to plastics. For the overwhelming majority (non-genetic) high cholesterol doesn't come from meat and eggs but from simple carbs and sugars, and obesity isn't just a weight issue...it's usually linked to psychological trauma and/or food rewards as children so it's not as simple as "just lose weight" for many.Fun fact: The sugar industry paid big bucks to have high cholesterol blamed on meat back in the 1970s. Guess what they were hiding? Evidence that sugar causes heart disease. It doesn't help that what passes for "food" in America is laden with chemicals and banned in nearly every other country. You can be overweight and still starving yourself. If your body isn't getting proper nutrition, it's starving and sending signals to keep eating. If you're eating processed, void crap and empty calories, you'll get fat. Switch to nutrient-dense whole foods (not stuff in packages). Eat smaller portions, take half (or 40%) home from restaurant meals for lunch the next day, eat more often. Have 4-5 smaller meals instead of 2-3 larger ones. And protein shakes are your FRIEND. Oddly enough, sometimes you have to eat more often to lose weight. For those of you who only once or twice a day, if your body believes it's being starved, your metabolism will slow down and it will hang on to every calorie.Don't allow yourself to get hungry this time of year (holidays). Stay armed with protein shakes and healthy snacks: fruit, nuts, hard-boiled eggs, cheese, jerky, etc. That way, you won't kill your co-worker's candy dish. Have a protein shake before leaving for dinner at a restaurant. If there's a wait, it helps take the edge off. Look into eating right for your blood type and do that 80% of the time. (Get blood typed, obviously.) This can help maintain a healthy weight AND eliminate chronic illnesses. I don't advocate for a straight carnivore diet most of the time, but if you're diabetic or dealing with certain autoimmune issues, then I do. It can reverse these issues...especially type 2 diabetes, where protein and fat stabilize blood sugar. Intermittent fasting can work wonders for type 2 diabetes, too.High blood pressure isn't caused by salt. It's caused by dehydration and not drinking enough water. You must take in MORE salt and water to retain nutrients, like potassium. What happens if you have a stroke? You're immediately hooked up to saline - a bag of SALT WATER.
I'm not advocating to go wild on salt. Moderation is key with everything (Americans aren't particularly good at this or understanding that life is mostly in grey areas-not all shades of black or white) but healthy people with higher blood pressure don't need to cut salt. https://www.livestrong.com/article/528032-can-salt-intake-affect-blood-pressure-immediately/Additionally, avoid statins like the plague if you can. They're linked to memory diseases like dementia and Alzheimers. The low-fat diet and statins removing fats are destroying our brains. The brain is nearly ALL fat and requires quality fat to think clearly and work well. Nuts, good oils, avocado, red meat.Ivermectin cures cancer. Fact. It's peer-reviewed to shrink nearly all tumors. This is why it was completely demonized. It's cheap...and that's not profitable. Every cancer diagnosis is worth a half mil to the pharma industrial complex. They went after Ivermectin harder than fentanyl. If you're bored, go to NIH.gov and search "Ivermectin and cancer". Be sure to translate the foreign medical research as well. Also, you will read that 96% of cancers are caused by...LIFESTYLE.Struggling with depression? Take HIGH doses of vitamin D twice a day. I'm talking 5000 IU per capsule. I take several. It boosts your mood and immune system.Additionally, WALK. A 30-minute walk releases dopamine, which is uplifting. Don't underestimate the power of diet and exercise to help depression, but the pharma industry will never tell you this.Bonus: String up some extra lights around your home and solar lights outside. Fairy/Christmas lights can be cheery all year long.
If you're sick and have a fever, wait before you try and bring the fever down.
A higher temp is the body's way of creating an inhospitable environment for an illness to thrive. Let your body heal itself. As long as your temperature isn't over 102°, leave it be and let the magic happen. You'll get better faster.So...Did you know your doctor only receives 20 hours of nutritional education over FOUR YEARS of university? That's 2.5 days. They don't know shit about fuck. And ditto for medication and vaccines. Pharma representatives wine and dine them with fancy lunches, telling them what drugs to push while paying out nice, fat kickbacks. (Covid shots were paid bonuses at $20-$130, depending on location and how many people each office could get vaxxed. If a doctor could get 70% of their patients injected, the full $130/patient was given.) Doctors leave school and never go back. Advocate for yourself and don't automatically trust white coats. They're paid (per person!) to assure you things are "safe and effective" or push certain psych/meds instead of finding out the ROOT CAUSE of why something is causes or if it's a lifestyle issue. They don't want to cure...that's a patient lost. This is why there are so many side effects, lawsuits, and recalls, why their malpractice insurance is sky-high...and why many have mansions, fancy cars, and yachts. Socializing matters. A lot. Laugher and joy matter. The people who live the longest and are the healthiest are those who have cultivated a thriving social circle...those who sit down together for family dinners on a regular basis...those who get out and do the things they enjoy.A few more things you should know: What you eat is 75% of what you look like - and abs are made in the kitchen.Exercise is for everything else and you don't need to spend hours in the gym- 30-60 mins 3-4 times a week will suffice. Even a 20-minute walk a day will do a lot for someone.Sleep matters. Get off the screens. So does stress management. The older you get, the more strength and resistance training matters. So does practicing your balance. A significant amount of elder deaths come from bad balance - falls. They get hurt, and can't handle the surgery. Make sure you're not headed that way by doing balancing exercises often and testing yourself to go longer and longer.(Propaganda example below.)The pharma industry lies...and lies..and lies. The body has an AMAZING ability to get well and heal if given the right tools. The right food, supplements, healing processes (cold plunges, sound healing, yoga) etc.Vaccines don't save lives. Anyone who has truly and deeply researched this topic already knows this.Additionally, they're causing vax-induced diseases, which is why we're seeing a resurgence in polio and rapid-onset cancers. Be VERY cautious/minimal in this department, even with pets - and especially with children (who tend to be healthiest and free of all allergies (food allergies are ridiculous) when NOT vaxxed.) We've been highly indoctrinated. I, myself, have had nearly every vaccine (and flu shot) until the last 4 years, and when I started digging deep, it led to a lot of really horrifying, damaging facts, illnesses, and destruction that are covered up with tons of money and pharma sponsorships.WHO confirmation of vaccine-derived (CAUSED) polio. https://www.who.int/emergencies/disease-outbreak-news/item/circulating-vaccine-derived-poliovirus-type-2-global-updateI also have autoimmune issues and long-term side effects that could be linked to some of these vaccines. Know this:Your genetics don't matter as much as you'd think. They only load the gun...your LIFESTYLE choices pull the trigger. Choose wisely. Every meal is either nourishing or ending you.Live your BEST life.Xoxo.-April
