I know this is a very busy, very hectic time for most people. But I would like to give you a cautionary message: Instead of being anxious, irritated, isolated and/or overwhelmed, enjoy every moment with as much fervor and happiness that you can. Embrace every adventure, mishap, and memory and hold it close to you.

Our way of life is going to change dramatically in the next year or two. Just like we took 2019 for granted and everything changed ("the new normal"), we're likely to go through something similar soon, and we have a fantastic opportunity to make the most of it right now. So get merry, make hay while the sun shines, embrace, the time with love.

Don't go into debt for a holiday, but see everybody you can, and spend time with them. Eat, make gifts, put the phones down, play games, host a dinner/lunch, game night, movie viewing, book club.

I think when #AI is fully implemented, we will see a lot of people close to us moving away or struggling (aka 2020) so recognize these moments for what they may be and hug them close to your heart. If you're alone, get outside...enjoy the sights, lights, and ambience. You can also find things to do on Meetup.com or Facebook events. Live music, theater, church/temple services...adopting an elderly person, volunteering at a pet shelter or nursing home (apply ahead of time for vetting)...any kind of helping others and being of service is how we excel, live our best lives and become happier and more fulfilled.

Love conquers all - and we consciously CHOOSE not to live or be united in fear, but with love.

Happy and merry. Xo. 🎄

You know the answer. You know the cure.
