It's so fascinating to be alive during this time - and we're SO lucky and blessed to be a part of this wild ride and to witness all this change.

If you are a spiritual deep thinker, then you may 'know' that our souls either requested/were recruited to be here for all of this...for a reason. For what we can contribute to this era. Embrace that. Many of us are warrior souls.

Modern-day wars are done with words, not swords. Language, narratives, manipulation, brainwashing, controlling the media, changing the definitions, shock headlines, podcasts, blogs, censorship, shadowbanning, divide and conquer agendas to create infighting & hate, the illusion of two political parties.

We fight back against this.

And know that while it may seem like things are insane, much of this has been going on for DECADES behind the cover of darkness, closed doors, secretly...covertly. We just lived under the delusion of a world that was something...but that "something" was not quite accurate.

Now that more and more is coming to light, don't mourn for the life we used to have, because it was based on a lie. Embrace this, and unite with others to turn things around, make this world a BETTER one. Use this insanity as an opportunity for more. For better.

I genuinely hope there's a real awakening and not "the false awakening" as some of my friends suspect. I think we can make this work for all of us - if we want to. Look to history to see how the more things change, the more they stay the same. And look to Iran to see how people CAN unite to get to a better place as a whole.

Find the joy every day. Smile every day. That's how we fight back. Laughter. Dancing. Singing the songs you love. Getting and staying healthy. Becoming debt-free. Growing our own herbs or food. Seeing friends and socializing in real life. Being of service. Spending time with family. Creating community. Getting on the floor and playing with our pets. Movement each day. Watching comedies. Going outside. Having FUN.
