Patreon introduced a new type of subscription! (Patreon)

Patreon started offering the option of subscription billing, which will affect Patrons in the following ways:

• New patrons are charged when you join and then monthly on that same date, instead of on the first of each month.  For example, a patron who signs up on April 12 is charged again on May 12. Patrons will see their next charge date at checkout and in their Active Memberships tab.
• Nothing changes for existing patrons. You're still charged on the first of each month.

I think this option is really awesome for people who want to join mid-month because they will only be charged on the date they sign up, instead of again on the first of the month after only a number of days of signing up!  Nothing changes for you if you are already a patron.

Let me know if you have any questions, comments, or concerns!

xoxo,
