Nik transformed right in front of him, so the disguising magic doesn't work in that case. And yes, Finn was still conscious while he was controlled by the Dungeon Master, he just couldn't do anything.

The only think I didn’t get is why Záchari called Nik “Ero Moonlight”… isn’t Záchari part of (or powering) Ero Moonlight?

Yeah, Z is powering Ero Moonlight, but I'm not sure I understand the question?

I guess I thought that even when Záchari was in Nik’s heart powering him in the guise of Ero Moonlight he’d still refer to him as Nik. Don’t ask me why. I thought Chéri still referred to Finn as “Finn” when he was in his Ero Lovely guise.

That's a good point, I believe I've used both names interchangeably when Chéri talks to Ero Lovely, but I guess I should pick one moving forward to avoid confusion like that! I'll probably update the page soon.
