Finn can cum many times in a row, that's how he offsets his... "sensitive" trigger. But he's more limited when it comes to using Lovely Arrow cause he also drains his (and Chéri's) magic when doing that so he needs to be careful with how many times he uses it. If you remember, when he first became Ero Lovely, once he used Lovely Arrow, he would lose his transformation and be out for a while. The reason he's hesitant now is because the arrow didn't work before. I probably could've made that clearer.
