What must have happened is that Beth fight a walker. And what actually happened is that Gorman must have run into her with his car. That’s why she doesn’t remember anything—she must have passed out. And that’s when, in the previous season, Daryl saw the car and tried to chase it, but he couldn’t catch it. So that’s probably how they took Beth. Joan was being assaulted by Gorman, and Dawn knew what was going on but let it happen supposedly for the “greater good.” It shocks me that she lets young girls get assaulted by her men! Die, Gorman the pervert—thank you, Beth! I love it because Dawn told Beth that she was weak, and that others were the ones saving her blah blah blah… but Beth proved to her just how strong she really was. She killed Gorman, she helped Noah escape—even though she couldn’t escape herself. She stood up to Dawn. She grew so much and became a real badass. Apparently, from what Noah says, Dawn and the cops take random people—injured survivors or people they injure themselves—patch them up and then make them work, saying they “owe” them. They target people they see as weak so they won’t cause trouble. But they were clearly wrong about Beth . I can’t wait to see what happens next and what Daryl, Carol, and Beth are going to do :D

Honestly, Gorman's death was SO satisfying! Beth has that natural innocent and petite look which make people (like Dawn) underestimate her even though, as you said, Beth is a badass! Can't wait to see what's gonna happen next in this hospital!
