The Walkers actually get weaker as they don't eat and when they get weaker they also get slower thats why the newly reborn Walkers are the worst

Yes, you are right; the series has already established that walkers get weaker when they haven't eaten for a while. I just felt those walkers were even slower than what we used to see when encountering starved walkers, but it could just be my imagination lol
