If the player continues to resist, they will receive a malicious penalty from the insects. Breast parasites are worms that grow inside the breasts rather than in a proper environment. If they grow completely in the uterus, they take the form of a worm, but if they grow in an unsuitable environment, they turn into a weak, parasitic nematode. But what does it matter? As long as it can violate the player's breasts and inflict pain, it is a perfectly good punishment.
