Hayley>Caroline, just saying. I honestly feel that they did hook up at least once, it's why Tyler all of sudden would start to act a certain way with Klaus. I do know what happens eventually, but I will always think that Tyler story line would have been better if they had made Hayley and Tyler a relationship instead. I absolutely love Hayley's character.

This leads us back to what Katherine says, did you come back to fall in love with me all over again and Stefan's relation ship with Elena. Now what did Stefan say to Katherine before he found out she was vampire, he loved her, thought she was an angel. Now, why does Stefan fall in love with Elena? So he could "feel human again". This also brings us to the issue that Stefan deals with internally, his inability to accept his vampirism, why he loses control, and hence he can't love himself. He couldn't "love" Katherine once he found out about her vampirism, he can't love Elena as a vampire, because he hasn't learned to accept and love himself as vampire. It's difficult to love some one, have fun with them, if you can love and accept yourself fully, and are filled with guilt and shame, and actually make that person you love be truly happy.
