Not one of my favorite episodes, and one of the many frustrating parts of season 5, ship baiting. Though one of my favorite scenes does take place, Damon and Jeremy's hug, and their bromance that not many people like to bring up is one of the most important and underrated relationships. Your reaction to it was great as well.

Bonnie’s memorial scene is one of the most heart-breaking moments for me in TVD I cried like a baby again watching this with you. When Bonnie starts talking to them oh mahn It just breaks my heart specially when Elena goes to put those feathers it reminded me of how back in S1 Bonnie revealed to Elena she is a witch by making these feathers fly that was so emotional to watch. I just couldn’t :( :( Bon Bon is my favorite female character in TVD I was devastated watching this the first time and every single time… Onto Stefan I loved all the bits where Damon and Elena were trying to make him remember stuff. I loved all the Stelena bits as well but honestly saying the If elena would have kissed Stefan I would have lost my mind. No love triangle stuff anymore pls in fact I would have loved to see Damon and Stefan the brothers spend more time together and Damon being the one to get his memories back I loved the starting bit with Stefan and Damon that was fun some more Defan moments would have been great!! I loved Jeremy and Damon’s scene where Jeremy finally confesses that Bonnie is dead. Damon’s reaction and the way he hugged Jeremy was so sweet. I personally feel Damon really likes Bonnie and he admires the things she does for her friends and people in general so Damon’s reaction on hearing that Bonnie is dead is not only him feeling bad for Elena and Jeremy but also because he really likes Bon Bon and was basically telling Jeremy that NO don’t say that she is dead ☹ Just sad and heartbreaking 💔💔
