I landed from America yesterday and ended up staying up until 4am somehow...I might need a bit of help getting back on schedule ^^'

When I fly to Europe I find the easiest way is to take a night flight out of the US so I land around mid-day. I am unable to sleep on planes so after landing I force myself to not sleep until a normal bedtime. That usually gets me on schedule after the second night. My last flight to Europe was on a 787 Dreamliner. The lighting is engineered in a way to help reduce jetlag which I think also helped me adjust quickly.

Only way I got is staying up for a full 24 hrs and then sleeping at a normal time
