This is a video of a bug discovered during the 3rd floor test play.

While looking for a key item, I found a nurse creature that was attacking through the door, so I successfully entered the room without the key by using the creature's grab attack.

I felt great pleasure in entering the room without the key, but I couldn't leave without the key...😱

I don't know if it will be possible but could you leave some screenshots of bugs that you encountered during development in the extras section or in the credits. I think it well be fun to see it. But I understand if you can't 😊
