My MC might be able to forgive the other parent for leaving her, but when it comes to their little one she is not so forgiving. She wouldn't trust the bio dad not to skip town again if someone else came along. Given the circumstances of his return he would likely have an easier time trying to find the bottom of a bottomless pit.

Hm. Knowing that both The Other Parent and MC says that they shared a platonic relationship with each other, it does make me think "if it were me, I'd understand if you actually told me, instead of skipping town".

I dont understand, if they had a platonic relationship why didnt the other parent told MC about the new person in their life and still be a parent

Maybe the other parent’s leaving was what was best for Nugget and the MC As much as the other parent loved Nugget and the MC, perhaps they new the MC and Nugget deserved better. That they couldn’t be the partner and parent that MC and Nugget deserved.

OH, this stings! I had a run planned with a gay MC who adopted Nugget (head cannon, I know it probably won't play out like this in the game) and this feels bad (but good).
