I was thinking about reducing the price of my supporter rewards here. Instead of the $9 tier, I would offer $7 for all of you. So one tier and one price for everyone.

I understand that Patreon can be complicated for many new supporters, so I'd like to make it clean and simple.

What do you guys think?

As long as you still feel valued for your work, sounds great β™₯️😊

I've pledged top tier since the beginning and I've always felt more than blessed by the talent that I see at the start of each month. It would be great to have more people experience your art the same way if it was inaccessible to them before, however it really comes down to what Ezra said: as long as you feel valued, compensated, and motivated like you deserve to be, buddy.

As a professional creative myself I know that this topic, "pricing", is one of the most difficult ones. On one hand there's the fact that you want as many people as possible to be able to afford to buy your artwork or become a client. And not only some "happy few". On the other however, there's your personal talent and skill. That has value. And believe me YOU have all that! :-) That's also why I did the top tier sub. Bc I believe in your skill and find it a correct value to pay and support you. But in the end, I follow what Ezra said: as long as a lower price feels good for you. And if this opens the road to more patreons then why not?

Seconded Mooncat 1992. You do great work man and are hella talented, so whatever price you are comfortable with Id still support man. I’m just low key curious if you will you do a couple $$$ commission tiers down the road at some point?

I've seen many other artists with considerably less talent charge more than $9 for their top tier and the idea that you're willing to create one tier at a single, low price says a lot about how much you care about your fans, Zane. I also agree with the others who said that as long as you feel valued, motivated and sufficiently compensated then I'm for it because your talent is amazing, sir, and should be seen by as many as possible.
