I've been secretly wishing for you to cover Lupin III for years, and now that you did, through hardships that no creative person should fricking go through non the less, YOU DID IT. Exploring him and the gang through the main lense of cagliostro is a perfect choice, and even though I've watched quite an abundance of Lupin vid essays, it is you who finally manages to tie this franchise AND its collosal cultural meta together into the (almost) complete, wild package it is! congratulations on at least halfway taming this beast of a thief, and bringing him in front of so many eyes to come, spreading his message; His letter to the future, so to say. As many said, in light ribbing, of the first Half-life 2 Episode, worth the weight. The sheer love and dedication to research, the careful structuring to not waste a minute of the nevertheless generous runtime, the attention to detail, the weight and careful emotion of the delivery to avoid the sometimes painful "youtuber essayist voice" all comes together to deliver a masterful and enlightening look into the meaning of legacy and how many lenses one can view a work from. The bit about the vehicles especially blew me away. Rather than a waste of money I want you to understand that this was worth every penny. I'm very proud to be even a small fiscal part of these endeavors and to enable you to pursue this. As a creative myself I know our harshest critic is often ourselves - and while that can often be a great strength, you shouldn't be down on yourself. You've delivered a wonderful, amazing, and emotional thing here that rivals and surpasses many documentaries I've watched. I know it's easy sometimes to downplay the positive and lift the negative when it comes to mass feedback. A supervisor at a call center I worked at once told me to hold tight to compliments from customers: "Shit floats, stinks, and stays. Remember to flush." So take this chance to flush, reflect on *why* we all love the work you do, and feel good, because this? This is great. I'd say it in bold if I could format here.
