Thank you for your reaction Sam. This performance was for the final episode of Kingdom who was live, so it was a one shot, except the beginning which is VCR, Kingdom was released during COVID that's why there is no live audience. SF9 didn't won Kingdom, but Stray Kids did. They are wearing mask because this song is called "숨" (sum) in Korean, which mean 'Breath'. This is a song SF9 wrote for this show and for their fans 'Fantasy'. Basically in this song they're talking how they struggle to breath due to the hardship and feels chocked up, but that they can get through with it thanks to their fans. "the light at the tunnel will protect me", and the color of the tunnel that they're referring to is the fantasia hologram, which is Fantasy's fan color, the tunnel is also shaped like their lightstick. Also, at the end of the performance, they walked towards the tunnel, answering their previous question "when darkness comes, where must we go?", meaning that they'll go to their fans when darkness comes. In this performance they also made reference to their previous performances on the show, which you haven't seen yet, showing their growth and overall journey. I love that during this performance you can see The Boyz and IKON's members waving SF9's lightstick in the back, it's so cute. Zuho, one of the member reacted to their performance in a live, and he also got scared when he saw himself with contacts. He said that he didn't want to scare the viewers after his solo part, that's why he closed his eyes in his next scene. All the members of SF9 are actors, be in dramas and/or musicals, so they always put a lot of meaning and storytelling behind their performances and choreography in general. Sadly their company don't let them do this type of performance enough for people to know that side of them. I think it would be more interesting for you to react to the entire show instead of just the performances, so you can have a full grasp of the context behind each of them. And also for all the interactions between the groups.
