🇪🇬 FULL 11-TRACK REACTION to Amr Diab’s new album, Habeitek!

After finishing my Amr Diab deep-dive with Getlak, I had to keep going and experience the entire album from start to finish. This is the complete reaction to all 11 tracks — not just one extra song. 🌊🔥

Featuring Lola El Banat, El Alwan, Habeitek, Gheyabo Fara’, Ana Maak, El Mofaddal, Wenty Ganby, Bahawel, 12 Bel Leil, Salam Kebeer and Eta’akhar Etabna.

Thank you so much for supporting the channel! ❤️

I really wanted to do this album properly after hearing Getlak in the main YouTube video, so I went through the whole project in order and gave my thoughts on every track.

I had to check out your Patreon for this reaction and you did not disappoint! A few things you should know: 1. He does not write his own songs. It is uncommon for Arabic-speaking singers to also be songwriters. In the MENA region, the singer, songwriter, composer, and arranger are often different people. Amr has composed songs throughout his career though, including Tracks 1 and 9 on this album. 2. Arabic is grammatically gendered. The words Habib and Habibi are masculine words, hence the use of the pronouns "he/his" in Track 5. 3. As Egyptians, Amr Diab is the soundtrack to our lives and a constant cross-generational presence. His voice and artistry have aged incredibly well, and, objectively speaking, no other artist has been able to dethrone him, which is unheard of in Western music. His concerts are attended by people of all ages, and he has been known to introduce songs as releases that predate the birth of many audience members — lol! I hope you react to his 2025 album which was longer and included collaborations with his daughter and his son.

Please explore Cairokee the egyptian indie band, they just released their new album supernova with a concept promo video, a very mature lyrical project. They have so many interesting albums/songs bur perhaps supernova would be a good start

As for Amr Diab, the man has 35 (?) Albums spanning over 40 years. You may need a deeper dive for his music. I would recommend the tracks below: Maarafsh had bel esm da (2023) - Beywhashna (2023) - Ya Leil (2023) more insteumental dub than a typical song - Habayeb Eih (2017) - We Malo (2005) To name a few :)

Thank you for the information, and I appreciate you joining the Patreon fam!❤️ I can’t believe the way he’s maintained his youthful presence and energy into his later career. I’m excited to hear some more of his music!🙏🏻

Dear Sami, the video is wonderful, and Amr Diab's fans are happy with your love for his songs. I hope you listen to more, especially the songs "Khaleek Fakerny" and "Ba'teref Qudam Eneik".

Radwa Refky

Sami, you have a beautiful smile and a cheerful personality, just like Egyptians; they love laughter and fun. Thank you for your lovely videos about Amr Diab and Sherine. I'd like you to know that most of the melodies and lyrics of Arab singers are Egyptian, in the Egyptian dialect. ❤️

Most of the Amr Diab songs you love were actually composed by Amr Mostafa. He’s an incredibly talented, self-taught composer with no formal music education, yet he has composed dozens of major hits for Amr Diab and many other artists. He’s also a successful singer himself and has released several albums of his own. Focus on this person you will be happy: Some of Amr Mostafa’s compositions Osad Einy — قصاد عيني W Maloh وماله Lamastak — لمستك Khatfouni Bartah Maak — برتاح معاك Wahashteeni — وحشتيني Khatfouni — خطفوني Leily Nahary — ليلي نهاري El Alem Allah — العالم الله Saraht Feek — سرحت فيك Helmt Beek — حلمت بيك Aweeny Beek — قويني بيك Youm Wara Youm — يوم ورا يوم.

You HAVE to react to Amr Diab! 🔥🇪🇬 He’s basically the king of Arabic pop and one of the biggest music icons in the Arab world. His sound is incredibly unique — a perfect mix of Egyptian/Arabic vibes and modern Western pop. I highly recommend starting with “Baad El Layali”, “Wahashtiny”, “Khaleek Maaya”, and “Baetaref”. These songs are absolutely amazing, and I’m pretty sure you’re going to love them! 🎶🔥 Would LOVE to see your reaction to Amr Diab! 🇪🇬❤️

Nada Gamal

The last song was recorded by Sherine Abdel Wahab around 2022, but her version was never officially released then Amr Diab bought the song in 2026. Her recording was leaked online

"Hi Mr. Sammy! As a proud Patreon supporter, I’d love to suggest an epic video idea that I know you and your audience will absolutely love. I wish from the bottom of my heart that you would do a reaction video to the Grand Opening of the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM).Even though the video is over an hour long, every single minute is pure art. The sheer luxury, the breathtaking modern architecture, and the majestic historical atmosphere are on another level. But what will truly blow your mind as a creator is the world-class artistic production—the spectacular choreography, the dazzling dances, and the mesmerizing orchestral music are absolute masterpieces. This is a huge global trending topic right now, and reacting to it will definitely bring a massive wave of new views, engagement, and love from the Arab and international community, especially on YouTube. We, your dedicated fans, will be right there cheering you on!Here is the link to the video if you want to experience the magic: [ https://youtu.be/15hf3VFzYVc?feature=shared ]Can't wait to see your unique perspective on this!"
