Great reaction! I knew you’d be so happy for hobi💜 They do have a band when they are on tour. You can even watch videos of live tours from their cam. Here’s a link to the drummer cam on Spring Day live. It’s mesmerizing🫶🏻💜 https://youtu.be/aCsHHAg55sw

They way he jumped up and stood still for a few second was a tribute to The King Of Pop Rock And Soul Micheal Jackson

ltbenthusiast

Sammy, about 100,000 people were there... not just 20,000. do u know how CRAZY THAT IS?

adam conroy

Hobi asked Jimin last minute to perform Dynamite with him but hobi had changed the choreography and not asked the members before hand. ( Hobi and Jimin spoke about this in Vlive they did after the show) Also Jimin had been drinking the night before with Bang PD so couldn’t perform. Jimin said he wouldn’t of drank so much if he knew

I AM SO. PROUD. OF OUR HOBI !!! This was a masterclass in performance, and you can tell so clearly how much passion he poured into this, on the night but also preparing for it, like you can SEE that work and care. I loveeee live bands too and the different intense energy they add, and this one particularly I thought meshed together the first half SO well. I’ve watched this whole show twice now, first live just as little army me, shaking in my boots hehe, and then trying to see it from the perspective of a newbie and that was SO satisfying. Like wow did he treat like his first debut show, but also like his last. It had everything. You’ll have to watch the jihope live after too bc ahhhhh it was soso sweet coming down to that after it all, like coming home, and you really get an idea of how nervous hobi has been (I feel like he began to relax around hangsang, before that he was just so focused and wound up, tho still epically good of course !!! And hot 🥵) Also jimin being there was really such a special moment in their friendship. What a journey you’ve been on w him as your bias sammy, me too :’) like he couldn’t have kicked off this solo era better and I’m both terrified and excited LOL

Calemondin Moon

My highlights were def the blue side & safety zone set (how full of expression he is !!!!!!), and that cypher verse, like WOW.

adam conroy

Then dancers are brave for dancing with dancer teacher and performance leader J -Hope. Cause we all know that Hobi missed nothing even now BTS members look straight to Hobi when the make a mistake hoping he never saw LOL but he always does

adam conroy

Hobi was going to do the Just Dance full choreography but they took it out the show as he thought he in his words would of died LOL and ya i don’t blame him LOL

adam conroy

Sorry this is all in the Vlive Hobi and Jimin did after the show

mrsammycam

Thanks so much for joining! I hope you enjoy your stay!💜

I was there!! It was INSANE and yes, our claps sucked because we all had our Army Bombs up! This was the most epic performance I’ve ever seen and is basically my main personality trait right now. That dark area in the crowd is where the mixers and sound equipment were, as well as several cameras. There is either going to be a Bangtan Bomb or maybe a DVD of the performance because Big Hit staff was also in that area with cameras. Still can’t believe I saw this in person!!!

Luna

I WAS AT BARRICADE. Started lining up at 12pm and his performance wasn't until 9pm...0 regrets though. Genuinely THE best show i have ever seen. The crowd was insane and SO much fun and hyped. Everyone knew all the words and the other acts were so much fun as well! Most of the attendees this day WERE armys. About 90% quite honestly from what i saw. Sunday is known to be the quietest day out of Lolla weekend but the Sunday show (aka Hobi's day) was sold out(the only day of the 4 that was sold out) )and he is now the highest selling artist in lolla HISTORY. This is a 30 year old festival and he did that!! He was also the only artist of the day that had a designated merch booth (totally seperate from the lolla merch booth) and it sold out the $!M worth of jhope merch. It was literally so insanely fun the streamed version doesn't even convey the energy of that night

cassie jane

at the end Jimin actually walked out to get back stage as he was on top so everyone was screaming! Also would be awesome if you checked out Hobis' Vlive he did after Lolla!!!

Bangtan is life

Armys actually are always this loud lol bighit just takes out most of the screaming so we don’t hear it over the boys 😅 Hoseok really is setting the bar high for anyone!! So many locals have been praising him on Reddit after seeing him for the first time😭🥺💜 I’m so so so immensely proud of Hoseok, and Hobipalooza will stay with me forever!

Bangtan is life

It’s well known with armys that as soon as jhope sets his foot on American soil he becomes Jay🔥 and nobody is safe !!

Bangtan is life

I got annoyed by the camera every time it panned away from Hoseok, like come on I need to see the dancing😭😭

Bangtan is life

My favorite moment is during Daydream when he looks so shocked, like you pointed out! It’s just like that time in Just Dance a few years ago, he’s so endearing and modest 🥺 i just love him so much💜😭

Bangtan is life

Hoseok and Becky’s friendship is so precious 🥹💞

Bangtan is life

This will be my 4th time watching this and I’m still not over it! Not sure how but it gets better with every watch!

Ulla Karikko

Thanks for a great reaction <3 You asked about what Becky G said in Spanish: "Donde está mi gente latina?" which means "Where are my latin people at?"

Elena

He didn't come back out just so you know. Everyone reacted the same lol since the screen said "More." and we have gotten so used to them saying goodbye and then coming back on for more songs 😂😂😂

Elena

Yoongi did post on weverse that he was watching the stream so i'm sure he would have seen that 'Yoongi marry me' sign 😂😂

Elena

This was honestly one of the best performances I've seen! He brought so much energy and fun to this set i can't even begin to imagine how it was in person!!

Precious Wah

I’m not able to watch the reaction

Jessica McGuire

400.000 attended Lollapalooza. There were approximately 105,000 in the crowd for Jay's show. That's still a record for Lollapalooza and bigger than any stadium crowd BTS has performed for. Wembley was the largest for BTS with 90,000. I'm sure they'd have a larger crowd if a stadium held more, but capacity restrictions. Hobipalooza didn't have those restrictions.

Shalia

I still can’t get over how awesome he is. He totally surprised me & ARMY was so amazing. 💜

Melissa Chung

I am new to patreon. This is my Nth time watching Hobipalooza, still can't get over it! Love rewatching this performance with your reactions! Hobi cursing gets me every time!

Zoé Turcotte

Mrsammycam this is not Lollapalooza anymore because everyone called the J Hope concert in Lollapalooza Hobipalooza
