She is saving him and he is saving her. He does NOT want just the best for his brother. He is bound to his brother and cant live his own life. But he hates it. He does not live. He just exists. And it is painful to watch. But his brother says it out loud. He can not be possessed by Gang-Taes misguided co-dependance. Gang-Tae is " not okay" at all. And she is NOT a psychopath. She is traumatised. Is it realistic that 2 lost souls can heal each other? I don't know. I just know that I loved her from the start. She has such a beautiful will to live. And she acts on it ... raw ... half-blind ... but she tries so hard. And he tries so hard to shut himself down. And that is - for me - a pain to watch.
