Pretty sure Nora hoped she got lucky and wouldn´t turn, that´s why she kept asking questions about how it feels, like the craving for raw meat, which she didn´t have. I assume that was because this stuff only really sets in after turning for the first time. Her trying to interact with Sally was so cute, I´m kinda sad she turned because now she will just be able to see her.
