I loved the Magnus and Alec scenes this ep. I also loved when Magnus opened up to Magnus. I love Magnus sm. He is my fav character so I hate seeing him in pain

I feel bad for real Sebastian, he was so close! And fake Sebastian has been creepy since the beginning, but that reveal was still great, there were a few hints, like when we saw that he held the real Sebastian hostage he was playing piano, extremely well, exactly like Jace. So presumably Valentine taught them both to play. Since you speculated at the end about finding out how Simon became a daylighter, just a reminder, we know how. Or at least its the most probable reason they mentioned. He became one after he drank (a lot) of Jace´s blood when he was almost dying when Valentine slit his throat. And immediately after that he could walk in the sun. So the enhanced angel blood was likely the reason. So both Jace and Clary´s blood can probably create Daylighters, which would be an issue if it was well known because... well everyone wants that.

I love Magnus too!! He's so strong, and for him to be that vulnerable with Alec shows true love and connection.

Agreed. It shows how much they both love each other. That Alec was there for Magnus no matter what happened and that Magnus was allowed to be vulnerable with Alec bc he loves him. Which I think is super sweet.
