Demnevanni

So the way I interpreted that scene with the necklace is that she probably doesn't usually take the necklace off, but that she did it in that scene because she finally wanted to look at her true form again... Imagine the myriad of terrible things Melisandre has done in the name of the Lord of Light by now - she did those things, because she was *sure* that he was "the one true god" and stuff because of all the visions she saw come true. Now her faith in the Lord of Light has seriously been shaken twice at this point - first Stannis fails and dies at Winterfell after she was *sure* that he was her gods chosen one and then she comes back just in time for Jon to die even though she was *sure* that he'd be alive at Winterfell at some point in the future... At this point in time she's going through a major crisis of faith and so I think her way of dealing with that is to confront herself with her true form, to at least look at the one thing she knows to be true, her actual self...

Interesting title - we've seen the Red Woman in two scenes and she didn't do much at all... I think a girl is training Arya to become Daredevil.

Melisandre has a scene in like season 4E7 where shes talking to shireens mother and doesn't have the necklace on and she still looks young. Its never really explained but its most likely the writers forgot about that. But there is theory that the mother does see her in her true form, but its not shown to the viewer because she's so devoted to the lord of light at that point it doesn't even faze her.
