Milk of the poppy is an opioid. It's never called that in-universe, but in the real world Poppies are the flowering plant of which opium is made. The "milk" is the white juice they secrete when cut. Incidentally, they're also the source of the poppy seed used in mákos kalács.

I love Arya. She has always been my favorite character. And I’m excited to have her heading home finally. But her whole sequence at the end of this episode might be the single dumbest thing in this entire show XD she should be dead four times over, and also a member of a super sneaky assassin guild is openly running after her thru the streets like a Terminator, and also why would Jacqen think that she is now No One just because she… won a fight? The candle moment is definitely cool but everything else is dumb dumb dumb. I’m sorry, rant over XD
