Enjoy! Next ep Thursday!

Comments

James S

Excited for you both to watch this wholesome episode. :)

imcalledgpk

This was the episode that united anime fans all over. Jiro's parents rock (pun intended) and everybody has to protect Eri's smile! Fun fact, the sub version still has the English song. They must've wanted one performance, and that's it.

Danny C

Fantastic episode! Pls grace us with a double episode next Thursday, I beg you 😭

Pugz

This episode never fails to bring me to tears 😭

H-Bomb 24

You didn't notice that the crowd was chanting Yaoyarozu's name before the performance? 😅

Gestrid

Just to clarify, Jiro's singing voice wasn't her normal English dub voice actor. In both the English and Japanese dub, the song was sung in English by Chrissy Costanza.

H-Bomb 24

If you're curious, there are light novels for this series, and in book #4, we can actually see 1-B's performance in full. Also, it said the next episode comes Saturday. Are you not posting it on Patreon next Thursday?

Tangerra

Don’t know about anyone else, but this always felt like a perfect halfway point of the story. The catharsis involved for everyone really provides that acknowledgment of how much has really happened and gives you that rest needed for everything about to happen.

GiantGoober

Eri's smiling madee cry the first time I watched this episode it was just so damn cute 🥹🥹

Keyblade

One of my favourite episodes. To finally see Eri smile is such a perfect and big pay off after the Overhaul arc.

chris

i like to thing this was part of what sir saw at the end with his foresight seeing eri smile

Fenixnade

Also, Considering Monoma is in charge of 1-B's performance, and his Quirk is Copy ... you get why its an amalgam of every pop culture thing there is. I love it.

Jordan Albert

I love this episode. It always leaves me bawling, especially when the shadow of Overhaul is banished from Eri and she smiles for the first time. A beautiful episode with a beautiful song!

Erin Ryan

Gentle didn't commit that bad of crimes and will probably have a relatively short sentence. And I think they want La Bravas help so I think thats what they were talking about in the post credit scene

KingPin

Why does the part where finally smiles makes me cry? I’m not crying damn it!!!

Strike177

Lemillion and Deku, best dads ever.

Ruzoku

holy moly i cant believe ur nearing the end of the season! cant wait for the final two eps!!

Jinchuriki87

Ugh... always hits you in the feels to see that first smile from eri!!! I'll say it one more time. If y'all get a chance, actually listen to the song (hero too) with the lyrics! You'll see how great a song it is: in general, for the show, and for this particular arc with jiro essentially being eris hero pulling together this great performance! All that said...I've been WAITING for the reaction to this season finale!!!! Honestly is one of my favorite episodes of the whole show!!!

mastertater

Can't wait for the 2nd movie

Savage_Rehab

Hound dog is a freaking MOOD LOL

Ferret

MHA, boasting both the greatest punch *and* the greatest smile in the history of anime.

ac99

It's pretty cool considering Mirio realizes Sir probably saw this

Favian Masters

Also, another thing to consider that La Brava isn't a high schooler during this arc. She is 22 and an adult, Gentle is 32. Many people tried to make it sound like that Gentle was love with someone from high school which is not the case.

charley

have you guys ever considered reacting to hazbin hotel???

Snow

This, there may be an age gap; but it is between two very legal adults.

Mekar

Not a dry eye in the building when Eri smiles for the first time.

GreatRiverofKings

They had a discussion post for it a month ago. They were seeing if it would make sense. In my opinion the amount of songs would be difficult to show on YouTube so it may have to be a Patreon exclusive

MegumiMary

while Deku is nice af out of anime protags I think Tanjiro is most wholesome not many people can sway the heart of someone trying to kill you by having your inner spirits go "Here's my spiritual core, you can kill me =3" Deku is a very close second though

Justin

Lmao the cc at the start hound dog asked gentle “who f*€ked you” for me

Kyouma

Amazing reaction as always! Any potential of your guys posting the next MHA reaction as a double episode reaction? The next two are the end of the season (not including OVAs) and it would be awesome if you saw both back-to-back :).

PanjaMysy

Lemillion realized that this was the future that Sir Nighteye saw for them ❤️

There's actually a chapter covering 1-B's performance in one of the MHA School Briefs light novels, and Monoma is actually an AMAZING actor.

Seven

You guys would love Fruits Basket. Especially Montana, lots to analyze 🙃

CommonClowney

Id love to see you guys reacting to some game heart wrenching anime/shows.
