Blue Eye samurai is great! But keep in mind that it’s extremely violent and includes nudity.

Eric C

Blue Eye Samurai was one of my favorite shows in all of last year, definite recommend! It goes hard

Christopher Collier

They would both be great for reactions. I prefer BES myself, but scavengers is great as well. Samurai is violent, but nothing more than you’ve experienced with invincible or AOT

Juno Blair-K

I think blue samurai would be a great show for you guys to watch, but yes as the previous comment said, just keep that in mind!

HamboneKablooey

Haven't watched Scavenger's Reign because it's not available in Canada, but Blue Eye Samurai is VERY good.

Ci-Ci

Blue eye samurai is so good! Just started scavengers reign and so far really good as well, nice animation. Blue eye samurai also has interesting animation and great story :)

grace

blue eye samurai is amazing!

Doronsra

Blue eye samurai is very good just keep in mind there's some nudity in it

peyton keith

Blue eye samurai is a masterpiece please watch🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Beeboop

Scavengers reign for sure!!! Blue eye samurai is really good and widely known but scavengers reign is such an incredible story and hasn’t received near enough support!!! Seriously guys you won’t regret it :3 scavengers reign was also a show adaptation of the creators short film years prior! It’s so COOL

Addy

LOVE blue eye samurai! but I will say that’s it’s definitely a *mature* show as in lots of 18+ scenes that wouldn’t work for youtube. as far as the violence, it’s definitely bloodier than other anime i’ve scene but I wouldn’t say it’s gross or gory (for someone like montana). if you don’t react to it you should at least watch on your own time at least or try out the first couple eps and see what you think :)

Kyle MacDonald

Haven't seen either, but I've heard very good things about both.

Todd Maliepaard

Blue Eye Samurai is awesome, editing could be tricky. Funnylilgalreacts managed to keep it up on YouTube though.

Tyler Hardin

Oh my god they’re both soooo good

GooseToes

Blue Eye Samurai is fantastic, the art style is gorgeous, dope soundtrack, and I love the story. It has one of my favorite individual episodes of any show, and season 2 can not come soon enough. Don't take the mature rating lightly, it is fully earned.

Flux

Both are easily 10/10 shows as far as I'm concerned

Slightly off topic but the blue eye samurai style would be perfect for the Avatar universe. Like a Kyoshi or Korra movie in that style? I would kill for that 😂

Ash Ketchum

Blue eye samurai is one I’ve had my eye on for awhile. Definitely go with that one

LadyBee REACTS

OMG YES PLZ what an amazing show Blue Eyed Samurai is :) ya'll will love it, plus only 8 episodes, easy knockout

Cassandra Nightshade

Yesss, i wanna see blue eyed samurai, I heard it is amazing 😍😍😍

Andres Lozano

I haven’t watched Scavenger’s Reign but I’ve seen Blue Eye Samurai and it’t really good imo

H-Bomb 24

Never seen em, have no thoughts. I'm still waiting/hoping for Cyberpunk: Edgerunners. 🤞😣🤞That is an anime MUST-WATCH.

Jon

Blue eye samurai is one of the best shows I’ve watched in a while and a season 2 is coming soon. It’s basically game of thrones set in feudal Japan

Geneva

I really enjoyed blue eyed, I haven't seen the other but it's got such a cool art style and a great storyline.

Braden Jackson

Blue eye samurai is amazing you have to watch it 🙏🙏🙏

Tyler Owens

Scavengers Reign is some of the best television I’ve seen in a long time

BLUE EYE SAMURAI I’LL LAY DOWN MY LIFE

Tim Chaos

These are two of the most beautiful shows I’ve seen in the past year, for very different reasons. Huge recommend for both. Blue Eye Samurai if I had to pick one, if only because I think it’s more popular, but I want Scavengers Reign to get a second season so bad and that can’t happen unless more people watch it 😭

Jaelyn Mcgee

Haven't watched scavengers reign yet but heavily heavily heavily recommended blue eyed samurai. it's even better once you two check out Amphibia because one of the leads voices one of the cast members on that show and it's very jarring

I’ve practically been begging people to check out Scavengers Reign though lol. I don’t hear enough people talking about it. Its art direction is truly unique in a way that isn’t conveyed as well in screenshots. Fans of good art owe it to themselves to at least check out a trailer!

Gestrid

I've heard pretty great things about Scavengers Reign! I *LOVE* the short that it's based off of (called "Scavengers"; it's on YouTube). Haven't seen anything past the first episode of the main show because life got busy, but I do remember enjoying it, too. I would definitely watch a reaction to it!

Ty

Blue eye samurai is so good

LookAtThatLlama

I can't recommend Blue Eye Samurai highly enough. Amazing visuals, voice acting, story, characters. Has it all.

Amelia

Both are amazing!!! Both beautifully animated and wonderfully told stories! Blue Eye Samurai has amazing fight choreography and Scavenger’s Reign has wonderful atmospheric creativity, it’s one of the most unique worlds I’ve seen. Seriously cannot recommend either enough!

Artsy Dartsy

Blue eye samurai is so good!

Kameron Y

Blue Eye Samurai is incredible. Please watch

Eileen Hinman

Blue eye samurai is fantastic from the jump. Story, animation, music, characters, etc. etc. I LOVE a revenge story. I dropped scavengers reign….I do plan on trying again and it’s supposed to be good but I just couldnt get into it.

Sam Cam

Blue eye samurai goes hard it was written by the same guy who co wrote Logan

Drunner64

Both are very good, blue eyed samurai is a much easier watch though

Norbert Ramirez

Hi, blue Samurai all the way! its an amazing show AOT, Avatar, Invincible, Death Note level stuff... cheers guys

S. Hutson Blount

BES is a masterwork on the same level as Arcane, and Scavengers' Reign is moody and thoughtful and think-y. Both are very worth your time, but I'll agree with other posters here in that BES is the more approachable of the two.

Nick Gardner

Blue eye samurai was so good I watched the entire thing in one sitting

LeFlaneur

Having seen both, I’m partial to Scavengers Reign. It’s such a great show, captivating, really distinctive from what has been coming out both western and eastern animation in the last few years. I’ve been thinking about it for months after watching it. It’s unfortunate it got buried by HBO. Blue Eye Samurai is an impeccable formulaic modern show (rely heavily on shock). It’s great at what it does, but doesn’t really stand out for me. I forgot about it a little after finishing it, but it was a sweet ride while watching it. It’s really the better show for reactions because it has way more recognition and will get you more engagement.

cyrus gudino

Blue eye samurai has an amazing story with even better animation. It’s truly a great watch, just be warned that there is quite a bit of nudity. So if y’all are iffy about that, approach with caution. But if not it’s definitely worth a watch.

Ethan Kayne

I absolutely 💯 LOVED blue eye samurai. It's so theatrical and cinematic. The animation is gorgeous. I heard you guys you guys would absolutely love it. I can't think of a single character in that show that was not a good character. The story is equally engaging. I can't wait for season 2

CrowKnows

Blue Eye Samurai is great for this platform. It has a different feel than other shows you watch since it is more grounded. The themes are darker with character progression being everpresent and well paced. It has a memorable cast of characters and good action scenes.

Scott Svensson

Blue eye samurai is really good. Are you still thinking about doing Hazbin Hotel too when a spot frees up?

Eduardo

Haven't seen either but just wanted to recommend Kaiju No. 8

Ethan Kayne

You know. I wasn't exactly sure what I expected when I first watched blue eyes Samurai except spiderverse level animation quality, but it definitely exceeded whatever fixed point I had in my head. Really good show.

dom

definitely watch blue eye samurai the animation, emotional storylines and voice acting is S tier

Nathaniel Depaz

Kaiju No. 8 is really good or fire force is good to.

Robert Bonfante

Blue Eye Samurai is very good -- with an animation style that is in many ways very similar to Arcane (in terms of the use of the CGI, BES isn't as painterly as Arcane). The visuals are breathtaking. There is nudity, but the depiction of nudity is very clinical and isn't for fan service. It's more for shock value than anything. BES is short (8 eps) but its story is brilliant and very subversive. The fight sequences are top tier -- one of which rivals the Echo vs Jinx fight in Arcane. I am still rooting for The Legend of Vox Machina to finally win a poll (stellar voice-acting and well written protagonists), but BES is definitely among the best shows of the past year. Would also add that I'm very intrigued by Scavengers Reign and will watch along if you pick it. It is made by the same animation studio that also makes Vox Machina.

prye

Definitely blue eye samurai

Rans343

Scavengers Reign is a very unique show with really engaging worldbuilding and a lot of room for discussion and extrapolation. I think you'd have a blast with it.

Graham

Blue Eye Samurai is seriously so good y’all. It really came outta nowhere and just blew me away, and everyone else I know who watched it too. I haven’t heard a single bad review of it yet. Animation quality is incredible, the voice cast is amazing, and the story and characters are incredibly well realized.

what do u mean it wouldnt work for youtube there are tons of game of thrones and blue eyed samurai reactions..

defnotdai

I'd be here for blue eye samurai reactions. I really enjoyed it, and can't wait for a season 2

Millie Long

Everybody seems to be talking about Blue Eye Samurai. But honestly, DO NOT sleep on Scavenger's Reign. Blue Eye Samurai is good, but it's very "been there, done that." Meanwhile, Scavengers Reign feels like a truly unique show that's hard to compare to anything else. I've seen good shows like Blue Eye Samurai before, but I'd never seen something like Scavenger's Reign before and it's stuck with me way more as a result.

Amaya Mix

blue eyed samurai is AMAZING and would love to see you guys react to it

Swanzy

Blue eyed samurai is something to consider 🙌☺️

BLUEMONKEY18

Blue Eyed Samurai is amazing haven’t heard about Scavengers Reign

Santiago Garzon

Blue eye samurai was the best animated show last year. You can not miss it
