this isn't related to invincible, but since you mentioned hazbin hotel will be you next series i recommend you watch the pilot on youtube first since that's technically the first episode, the amazon series just builds off of it

Definitly, they probably won’t understand the storyline very well if they don’t

I love Rex this season

Nathan Ganesan

So the beard ripping off is actually a Viltrumite cultural thing. It is simultaneously a declaration that one is a viltrumite, a show of viltrumite strength to cleanly rip it off in one go, and a demonstration of resilience in not showing any pain in the process.

James Jones

Rex was being genuine when he talked to Eve. He did have the motive of recruiting her for the mission, but he wasn’t lying with his pep talk (though I’m sure you figured it out by now). Banger reaction as always 😊

I feel like you could catch on without the pilot but yes they should absolutely watch the pilot. Preferably about once a month for 4 years to get the full Hazbin experience lol

Cecil is such an interesting character. He's morally questionable as all hell but he's not bad and always have a point.

Fun fact: The big orange guy on the Lizard league is named Komodo. Komodo dragons are known for having very strong throat muscles capable of crushing bones.

Darthwin Wright

Another factor regarding the Lizard League is probably the fact that most of the time, they have been probably thwarted by the previous set of guardians who could handle them a lot easier.

He makes a damn good point on the hire a professional super baby caretaker. As we can see in My Hero how kids can accidentally kill their parents (or on purpose as kids throw tantrums) that is a definite problem.

Yup. Also think he's not wrong for keeping eyes om Debby in some way although it does get j to questionable actions on how. I do think he's both worried about Debby and the planet

Big K

I like the idea that Thraxan lives are so short, that they legitimately just don’t have the time to waste blaming people for random things

Big K

Why can’t viltrumites be taken over by sequids? Ik the martians can resist cus of their shapeshifting, but I don’t think they’ve explained why Vitrumites are immune?

Bryan

YOU GUYS ARE WATCHING THE BOYS??

It's never out right stated in the comics, but super-durable skin seem to protect them from Sequid infection. Hence why the Immortal, Monster Girl, Samson, and Bulletproof are all part of the Away Team. Robot has a full body power armor and Eve can create full body armor at will, which is why they are also going.

This episode actually made Rex one of my favorite characters. He's still an asshole, but he's a fun asshole, and his conversation with Eve showed that he does have a lot of empathy and compassion for the people he cares about, he's just really bad at showing it.

He's like a compassionate Amanda Waller. He's a normal guy whose job is protecting the world from superpowered threats, and the only way to do that is by being ruthlessly pragmatic, but he does that from a position of actually caring about the people around him. He'll make the tough choices, but he doesn't necessarily *like* making them.

Anti Viltrumites… ROLL OUT🧌

Ryan Torres

His name referring to his undying spirit is a new one for me. The way I've always looked at is there is main character hero named Invincible, who chose his name because of his perceived potential strength, and his series does everything to show you every way he ISN'T Invincible.

ShaquanVirse

There was a break after episode 4 so that explains the long recap - Fans were furious cause it was a long break

there’s literally nothing wrong w her character this season. get over it lol

blue_haruki
>>145160023

The fact that she's still alive and existing is what's wrong with her character that viltrumite girl should've torn her head off her body when she had the chance

“Well he could never change how I feel about you, I’ll still love you, no matter how many planets he destroys… that’s all that matters.” Oh so those planets he’s destroying and all of marks feelings don’t matter?😭

I am racist but that doesn't change the fact that she would make a horrible girlfriend imagine telling someone a secret cause there mad and they say "oh I knew I just don't care" then imagine all your friends taking her side and saying "oh no you were the problem not her you were a horrible boyfriend"

blue_haruki
>>145160023

Let's not forget she was gonna cheat on him at a party too while fully knowing he's invincible while at the same time mad that he didn't tell her he's invincible and I'm not racist just to be racist I'm racist when someone is doing something thugish or ghetto I have 2 black friends I've known for years and I call one of them my brother on a daily basis

Pfft
