Hi, very random question. I recently started watching my hero and I’m basically almost caught up with the anime (season 7). I know that Kenny has been following the anime, and most of if not all of what they uploaded as a reaction is just Montanas first reaction. Does anyone know if Kenny is caught up with the manga? Or if he’s continued to watch the new season as it’s out? Or has he been waiting for Montana to be caught up? Just curious haha

I dont believe hes caught up with the manga based on some comments hes made in other reactions. I thinks hes an anime only but he might be aware of some spoilers cause thats a given sometimes with these things

3:24 something i just noticed, as flecturn is talking about the doomsday theory we see this like painting of that creature which looks awfully alot like a chimera which was one of the vilians in last movie. And that goes into the whole "quirks become so powerful we can no longer control or function as a society with them" idea. That may be a coincidence but thats a pretty cool easter egg if so

Man. MHA manga ended and I just want to say how much I love the series. It was the second anime I ever watched and the first manga I ever read. I had been reading it weekly for 5+ years and i genuinely don’t know what I’m gonna do anymore. I don’t care what anyone says I love the series and everything about it and I wouldn’t be into anime/manga if not for MHA. Shout out to Horikoshi his editors and everyone on the anime team for making such a great series. And thank you MHA

I think he said in the 6x1 reaction that he hasn't seen season 7 yet and is waiting

GASP! I Will be watching this as soon as I get in the house. This was the first my hero academia movie that I had seen once I started watching the show. And I actually went to see this in theater and it was amazing. So I completely forgot to react while I was watching, but the first thing that I wanted to comment on was the fact that Kenny and Montana missed the fact that they said Eddie soul created the key that would break their bombs. And they didn't put two and two together being soul being his last name. So rody's dad. And then after bakugo's fight, he also landed with his hand in the air. Kind of like a reflection of all might. And that made me cry in the theaters. Y'all don't understand the way I was sobbing in tears in the theater seeing Peno start to disappear. You guys missed that It wasn't just the deku inspo. It was also the bakugo inspo. It's the same thing that erase our head said bakugo and deku are always the leaders in the class in different ways and just completely unconsciously. Everybody ends up following deku and or bakugo. The fact that deku can still move is beyond comprehension to me. Because that man was messed up. He went Super Saiyan again. I was sobbing in the theater and then they started cackling in the movie and I'm like what is going on right now? How can you laugh while I'm in pain? No but this was sooo cute

Ok! Yeah I haven’t watched any of their reactions yet but definitely was planning on it!

Æther Paradox

YO LETS EFFING GOOOOO!!! Today was NOT going well for me mental health wise. Thank you for this gift. I appreciate it.

I was pleasantly surprised at how much I liked this movie. I had heard going into it that it wasn’t as good as the other two and I think #2 will always be my favorite because of the izuku/Bakugou team up, but this one is probably ahead of the first movie for me. I loveee that it kinda focuses on the trio and Rody is such a cool character. It’s too bad he’s only in the movie and not the anime. I think his personality really works well with Izuku’s.

xman t

This is my personal lady favorite of the 3 movies so far, but that being said, I do still consider it great and the animation is incredible

Big Fuze

I like your points about the quirk theory but also I think there is a physical component the human body can only handle so much and while maybe after hundreds of gens you could have a human body that could naturally withstand these super powers, quirks are evolving so much more rapidly. The software is greatly out pacing the hardware. Deku is the perfect example OFA is a jet engine and dekus body is a rusty pick up truck, could you put that engine in a truck like that? Sure but it’s going to tear itself apart. While wiping out all quirks by going all Eren Yeager on them (literally bc Eren rumbled 80% of the world and that’s the percent with quirks) is not the best answer, deku is def a good microcosm for that possible future.

H-Bomb 24

The biggest issue with this movie is that they did away with those AWESOME suits in the first five minutes. 🫤

H-Bomb 24

Anyone recognize the music at 1:44:15, during Deku's fight with Flect Turn? 😥

The really couldn't bring them back in the third act? That was an infiltration!

H-Bomb 24

19:41 "That seems to be the case." GREAT one, Kenny. 🤣🤣🤣

Its called Spirit to succeed. If ur caught up to the anime it was also played during a characters big moment in ep 11

H-Bomb 24

I know. I was trying to stay as vague as possible. You should, too; Kenny hasn't seen season seven.

Leo Garcia

First time noticing the hero with the x-ray vision's name is Claire and her quirk is called voyance lol

H-Bomb 24

This movie has easily the highest stakes in all of My Hero. I mean, 80% of the human population potentially dying . . . Wait, that sounds familiar. (Rumbling)

chris

black whip is 1000% better then wedding.. its more like tap arms + dark shadow

H-Bomb 24

Pino being Rody's Quirk is such a cool concept. I recommend rewatching this movie, but play close attention to all of her scenes.

Erin Ryan

I remember being so hyped for their new costumes just for them to be used for like 5 minutes

Jinchuriki87

Awww...y'all didn't finish the credits! It adds an extra layer of heartwarming goodness to top off this fantastic movie! (Maybe we can get a small reaction video of y'all seeing the whole thing? )🤣 Once again also want to thank y'all for being plus ultra and getting this to us despite not feeling well! We appreciate it heroes! 😁

Katsuki BakuGOAT

The teamwork from deku shoto and bakugo is my favorite thing in this movie. It's so smooth and effortless I love it

Scar

The 4th movie actually came out a few days ago and is currently in theaters in Japan, the sub and dub versions coming to US theaters October 11th. And (spoiler free) the movie timeline is after s7e5, it’s actually between two different scenes in the episode I believe.

Scar

Rody is also Furlan from AOT!

Katsuki BakuGOAT

Hell yeah, USA gets Hawks & Tokoyami. Let's Go

Katsuki BakuGOAT

"WHAT? has he gotten STRONGER?" yeah, he tends to do that lol 😆

Pugz

All the students always thinking of Deku during their “I won’t give up” moments except Kirishima 😂 he’s thinking of Bakugo

Bryan

Glad y’all are better!

MaSeshield9277

lowkey i think this movie made me ship deku adn rody haha

mastertater

And flect turn is megumi form jujutsu kaisen

Mekar

I think it's a neat idea but the first kid with a quirk being All For One would pretty directly go against the themes of MHA. If AFO was how quirks started then Flect would kinda have a point.

Gestrid

I just noticed the brief cameo of Melissa during the fight against Flect. They showed a brief flash of her during one of Deku's monologues.

Gestrid

This is absolutely my favorite MHA movie to date. I actually really enjoy the road trip aspect of the movie. And I just really enjoyed Rody Soul in general. I will say, though, that the fact they used the AMAZING costumes they'd designed and advertised in the promo stuff for only FIVE MINUTES is an absolute crime.

Jinchuriki87
>>145905112

It ends showing rody actually trying to do honest work, taking care of his siblings, and then shows him actually studying to be a professional pilot!

Christopher Collier

Don’t know if anyone’s mentioned it. But Flect’s voice actor is Robbie Daymond, aka Megumi Fushiguro

AUSSIEJD

I think flect vs Deku is one my fav fights in the show and the dub does a amazing job great movie

Asuna

The OST that plays during the Road Trip and the ending is from my favorite band ( Asian Kung-Fu-Generation) GREAT music

Bryan

I would say black whip is more like dr octavious arms

Emma Rose

Lecturn is a platform a pastor preaches from

Vince92

Only took three times of them saying Brodie’s dad is dead before it registered with Kenny. 🤦🏻‍♂️ too much talking during reactions that should be saved for discussions

Allan romero

I read somewhere that the creator of Mha is a huge spider man fan that’s why deku has a lot of spider man features

Allan romero

I liked the scene when the 3 mains and roadie were cracking that hard drive and bakugo was the only one that put it together. People don’t give him hes credit when if comes to 🧠 but he is the smartest student in 1A

Braden Jackson

Something that is interesting is that in the beginning of the movie they kinda kill the peopel by doing the doomsday theory they accelerated their powers multiple times showing how as each generation passes the power will get stronger and eventually they all died Cuase of the out of control quirks or that the quirks didn’t support their life

Braden Jackson

Also the danger of doomsday I think isn’t that everyone has an out of control quirk it’s the quirks that are out of control what if eir went out of control without erasure to stop her what if endeavors next kid as the strongest fire but can’t control it and burns a city what if someone as an out of control gravity power it’s that as raw power increases that more damage can be done before it is controlled and as time keeps passing more and more people like that will be born
