Brain storm post: After Cyberpunk (Patreon)

So I believe solo Leveling season 2 is most likely going to be coming out sometime in January, and then after that we probably need to wait another 5 weeks for Dub to come out, so with Cyberpunk ending November 25th on Patreon, that leaves roughly 9-10 weeks before Solo Leveling will be good to go, so I'm wondering what Anime/anything we should put during that time!

Right now I'm considering Kaiju #8, what do you all think? Any 10-12 ep anime/western yall would want us to watch?

Comments

EddyTheMoza

You guys should totally watch this seasons most anticipated anime DANDADAN, the first episode released this Thursday and I don’t know if they’ll keep the trend up but the dub episode actually released along with the first sub episode. I won’t say much about the show because you just have to watch it to understand but it’s been highly anticipated by almost everyone who’s read the manga and I think you’d both love it.

spacewaste

I personally think you guys would LOVE Delicious in Dungeon! It feels like something up your alley, though it is a 24 ep season I believe

dom

BLUE EYE SAMURAI

Kit Pearson

I wholeheartedly support a Kainu No 8 reaction. That show is so much fun and I think y'all would love it

Nathaniel Depaz

Yes, kaiju no 8. It’s short and it’s great perfect for an in between.

Zachary Perry

Try Erased, it is an amazing story, I think Montana would get a lot of good analysis in.

H-Bomb 24

Kaiju No. 8 works great, tho if you were looking for something along the line of Spy x Family (which has copyright issues, I know), then look no further than Buddy Daddies, as it's basically the same show. It's SUPER wholesome, cute, and funny; you'd love it. Plus, it's a crisp 10-12 episodes, just like you're looking for.

sav

Yes Kaiju No. 8!!

Magnis

kaiju #8 is an excellent choice

Braden Jackson

I’d go for blue eye samurai mob phyco or kyjui no 8

Thiivi

Kaiju No. 8 is a great choice!!

Th3Shad0wKnight

A new show called Dandadan released yesterday and its releasing both sub and dub at the same time

Fenix de la Cruz

if you liked Hazbin hotel you should try Helluva boss which is a more explicit series from the same author, not connected but both set in hell

Christopher Collier

Horimiya would be nice, but I don’t know if you guys are interested in reacting to romance anime

Dainton Newell

I qgree, but I definitely think it's between kaiju no.8 and maybe dandadan

Kolton Crocker

i highly recommend Blue Eye Samurai on netflix! I’m pretty sure it’s only 8-10 episodes

xx1312xJAYx1312xx

Kaiju No. 8 would be sick, it's pretty goated. Windbreaker would be a fun one as well!

coconono1

Sk8 the infinity! It’s a goofy skating animr

Rinsaka

Definitely Kaiju No.8

ivan

kaiju is a great choice for a short anime, you guys have consider watching a romcom?? like kaguya sama or horimiya, sure u guys can love it and have fun

Day

Yessss yall would love kaiju no.8!!!

Kaleb Beaumont

Kaiju #8 is a good choice tbh it’s short and really good, plus season 2 is also coming in the spring so after solo can switch back if you guys like it

elle_pichouette

Yeah, Kaiju #8 is really good! I'd love to see your reaction to it

Juan Solo

Once again advocating for Over the Garden Wall! It's only 10 episodes!

Owlicious Noire

Blue Samurai would be nice too. See a lot of people suggesting that. I vote that and Hells Paradise. For longer series in the future I think Deliciousness in Dungeon or Overlord.

Marcb92

Kaiju No. 8 would be cool. I’m still rooting for Young Justice. Trust me, Young Justice has some of the best written story lines in all of DC and you don’t have to know everyone who appears because they flesh out each character. You both would love this show!

Æther Paradox

If you liked Your Name you should look into "Your Lie in April"

Butthead faxe

BLUE EYE SAMURAI PLEASE YALL WONT REGRET(if u do watch it heads up theres sexual stuff)

hoodie

Not an anime but I would definitely recommend over the garden walls. Its actually an autumn series so it would fit right in I think. Its a short musical series just like hazbin hotel (the story is totally different tho). Wholesome tv show for a cup of hot cocoa and some analyzing

RachelFlower

You have to watch Yuri on ice it has 12 eps and the dub has great VAs also it broke the internet when ep 7 came out I wont say anything else though or you could watch Given its a beautiful and sad story that will absolutely break you but its so worth it ,it also has great music and the opening is a banger

Molly McDougal

Puella Magi Madoka Magica is a fantastic 12 episode series. It does have a movie sequel (Rebellion) with a hotly anticipated second film due to come out sometime in 2025 as well, so it's fairly timely.

SPARKLE

Madoka Magica or (Even though it has 13 episodes) Violet Evergarden!! I think you'd 100% enjoy both shows! I'd suggest going into Madoka Magica BLIND knowing nothing about it (You'd only need a basic understanding of magical girl shows IMO) and Violet Evergarden is self contained (with a few Movies that aren't NEEDED to enjoy the anime)

BriBoo95

You guys would love Violet Evergarden it has gorgeous animation and the story is amazing with a lot to be analyzed

Zack Sparks
>>151376118

I really hope they delve in, it's like avatar the last Airbender for superhero fans

Neutral Nick

I think yall should start Naruto, very short and sweet series. Cuts RIGHT to the main story.

ivan
>>151375857

dandadan is airing right now they want something in between until the dub of solo leveling somewhere in november, dandadan is gonna end airing in december, maybe when its done they can react to it

Cation

Mob psycho! The dub is amazing

Kyle MacDonald
>>151376216

Came here to say this myself. And it's exactly ten episodes, so it'd fit the required time frame perfectly.

Marcb92
>>151376118

And it will produce some really good questions about consequences and morality. And the show hits on some interesting topics such as depression, responsibility, and grief.

Belle M

Zom 100 and Mob Psycho would probably be good after cyberpunk or maybe some more anime movie reactions, I loved Your Name!!

Jimmy

DAN DA DAN!!!

Swanzy

"Your Lie In April" would fit right in 😍🙌

Jinchuriki87

I'm all for Kaiju #8, just watched it myself. Great show I've heard good things about this blue eye samurai show, so I'd be curious to see that one too.

MeYouIt

The Apothecary Diaries

Jared Trevino

Erased would be amazing So would Mob Psycho amazing dubs

Riley Johnson

I would love to see you guys react to season one of promised neverland!

Super
>>151376779

Seriously though, after finishing MHA yall should watch OG Naruto. Excluding filler it’s ~130 eps so around the same length as MHA was

Chantal Beausoleil

So many options out there and Kaiju8 is definitely one of them! I also recommend Bloom into you, a really good melodramatic anime in a more down to earth story. Or the Legend of Vox Machina which is story directly produce BY voices actors playing DND.

Gabriel Echevarria

DAN DA DAN✊🏽 DAN DA DAN✊🏽 DAN DA DAN✊🏽!!!!!

H-Bomb 24
>>151376669

Probably the prettiest anime I've ever seen, and you know it would WRECK them emotionally 😭

Cloaky

RWBY?

BriBoo95
>>151376669

I know I cry like a baby every time I watch it but it's a favorite for how beautiful it is

Babybear47

A galaxy next door, 12 episodes. Or Noragami, is also 12 episodes. Blood lad, 10 episodes with an OVA so 11. I find them interesting and but then idk what you guys or others would say so but they are short so hopefully that helps! Otherwise I'm sure some other anime would do lol

SmoothSpectator

You should definitely watch ERASED. It’s a short 12 episode anime but it’s filled with mystery, Montana will love it plus it has aspects of death note and slight supernatural. Plus it takes place in winter.

Warping Paradox

You guys might like the legend of vox machina

Josh Melecio

You guys should watch either the god of high school or record of ragnarok

CHEESEMAN

Violet evergarden!

Random Castle Gard

No Game No life is pretty sort, unfortunately lol. But it’s really good

kevin forehand

top option if you want to cry action is the second option i like it

Alex

I really like SK8 the Inifinity, it's 12 eps, goofy as hell, and the dub is great :D

Fukkyu Bisch

LEGEND OF VOX MACHINA. An animated DND (glance at Kenny) series made by legendary voice actors, INCLUDING Matt Mercer (Glance at Montana) if I must, I will also say it is an emotional rollercoaster, with moments to make you laugh out loud, gasp in surprise, swoon with affection, wail in sorrow and shake a fist in anger. Need I go on? Pick this one up, you won't regret it.

Leafa

I don't know if it would be manageable time wise but a weekly movie reaction for that time slot would be awesome. That way you could easily swap it out with Solo Leveling then it comes out without waiting too long.

AHappyCat

Carmen Sandiego would be awesome for western and Nanbaka would be awesome for anime!

Wolfarick

The Legend of Vox Machina would be great! The first three episodes of season 3 came out yesterday, so I think it would be a good time to pick it up! It is three seasons long though, so if you want something genuinely short, I’d go with Over the Garden Wall

izaiah sledge

The animated Castelvania is a good pick

Riley

Promised Neverland (skip season 2)

Daaylen Watson

Horimiya would be a great quick watch, Death parade is a super underrated show that only has one season.

Yanotengo

I think you would really enjoy Kaiju No. 8.

Thyodor Cloudbreath

something DnD related would be amazing both Legend of Vox Machina (S3 airing right now) and Delicious in Dungeon are great the former being made by voice actors who play dnd and the latter having an amazing dub including Damien from Smosh, ProZD, Nami from the live action One Piece and more great people :)

Erin Ryan

Wheres the JJK episode? Or will there be none because of last weeks double drop

Corey _

Akame ga kill is short and sweet

Joseph

What about windbreaker??

Ferret

Puella Magi Madoka Magica is 12 episodes and a movie, so you'd be starting SL season 2 a little later but I think it's exactly up y'alls alley.

Fukkyu Bisch
>>151378657

Easy enough to mistake, I assume. But I do think it's the same studio behind Korra?

TB

Maybe something slice of life as a palate cleanser. My Dress Up Darling is 12 episodes (currently) and is really good.

Hooligan

Hellsing Ultimate would be a good fall/Halloween show. That said, late November’s too late to start it. Kaiju # 8’s got my vote.

H-Bomb 24
>>151384391

Dude, I like that show, but if you knew anything about their tastes, then you should know there is no WAY they would go with that one! 🤣 They'd unfortunately be out after the second episode, most likely. Still, fun to think about.

MattyG

How about Promised Neverland season 1? There's no need to watch season 2, as it is an unmitigated catastrophe.

H-Bomb 24
>>151382116

If they're gonna try slice-of-life romance, then that's a solid start.

RawrSaur

Love After World Domination - it's exactly 12 episodes and season 2 is around the corner so perfect to watch, see if you like season 1 and decide if you want to do season 2 when it comes out :)

Queen Explosion

Erased, it’s a good mystery anime and it’s only 12 episodes. There’s lots of stuff to analyze too

Jittercritter

Trigun Stampede!!!!! 12 episodes and it’s SUPER GOOD!!! Blue Eye Samurai is my second pick, but I have been wanting you guys to watch Tristamp for a WHILE. I think you guys would have a great time analyzing the characters and marveling at the amazing visuals, it’s an absolutely fantastic show!

Jittercritter
>>151377529

I want them to watch RWBY as well but I don’t think they’d break it up in a way that it would fit in the 12 episode limit. They probably COULD since the episodes are so short in the first few seasons but idk if they’d want to, you know? A lot of reactors only watch 2 or 3 at a time

Jittercritter
>>151377225

My only gripe about this one is that (to my memory) the dub isn’t very good, but yeah Montana would eat TPN up for sure

Jittercritter
>>151376162

Oh god yeah I second this one. This is probably my second vote behind Trigun Stampede

Anaya20

Anohana would be really fun to see you watch, a nice slice of life that is bound to get them tears flowing

Jordie

Soul eater perhaps

Jessica Canavan

Buddy Daddies! It's a short 12 episode anime with a very wrapped up and conclusive ending. There is also a bit of a holiday theme going on (Christmas time is important in-series), so it would be a nice watch for around the holiday season.

JSB

Kaiju #8 or Dandadan would be a perfect in between anime! Plus Dandadan is in season right now getting simuldubbed!

ディロン・ジョイナー

Seeing a lot of Dandadan recs here and just feel the need to offer a TW for SA It has been an excellent Manga but there is that very rough scene right at the beginning which is in the first episode, and it is rough enough to warrant a warning

Carolyn

Kaiju #8

Joey

over the garden wall!!

Seth Campbell

I would love to see you guys watch Mob Psycho 100!

GooseToes

-Trigun Stampede is one i really really want y'all to see, followed by the og Trigun (Vash is one of my top 10 characters of all time) Over the Garden Wall is a MUST WATCH for fall, is hitting its 10yr anniversary here in November -Blue Eye Samurai goes crazy hard with the visuals, the fantastic story, the soundtrack, and everything else, 100% earned it's mature rating so just be prepared for that

GooseToes
>>151377135

I want them to watch apothecary diary so bad I just know Montana especially would love it

opheli

mob psycho would be AWESOME

wanira 11
>>151376197

Blue eye samurai is so incredible, and over the garden wall is perfect for the spooky season!

GooseToes
>>151395660

-Apothecary Diaries, I love every single character in this show I think Montana especially will love this one - Mashle is currently one of my favorites, it's Harry Potter but he's One Punch Man. It was so funny I didn't even realize how deep it could be the first time I watched it. Fantastic 10/10 HIGHLY recommend -Space Dandy, it might be the last one on my list here but it is in my opinion one of the best animes ever made. Super underrated, I need someone to use witchcraft and give me another season(I haven't finished the last few episodes because then it'll be over😭). I describe space dandy as anime Rick and Morty but instead of Rick he's Johnny Bravo

wanira 11

My top picks are Blue eye Samurai, over the garden wall and Apothecary diaries!!

Mortis

Oshi no Ko. First season is 11 episodes and ends in a satisfying way so you could then save the second season for another time. Other option is I will second the recommendation of Madoka magica 12 episodes and the rebellion movie so it fits pretty well and it’s a masterpiece that still gets almost yearly rewatches on Reddit despite being an older series

Chelly

Blue Eye Samurai… its original language is actually English and it’s got really a really great mc and animation. You guys would really love it. My favorite anime is Violet Evergarden and it’s about 13 episodes + an OVA, but it also has 2 movies that finish it off, with the most recent one being the actual end to the series. Would love it if y’all could get to that one at some point 💜

Chelly
>>151399042

I heard OnK has a not great dub, but maybe that’s just in comparison to the sub lol. I love what I’ve seen but I’ve only watched it in the original, and it is phenomenal for sure. Maybe they’d be interested.

gayraffe

although not 10-12 eps, it's only 2 seasons. assassination classroom! it's also finished so no waiting for new seasons lol. def recommended!

David Bodor

So, the problem is most anime have 24 episodes in a season. Frieren and Apothecary Diaries would be right up your alley, also Dungeon Meshi. Frieren will make you cry 140% and not even because it's sad, it's just that touching, it's like nostalgia for a show you never watched, Apothecary diares will make you go full Sherlock Holmes to solve what's going on and Dungeon Meshi will make you laugh and sometimes you'll audibly gasp 'Oh no'.

IzanagiAce

I LOVE KAIJU #8 RAHHHHHHH

Ryan Tolbert

Puella Magi Madoka Magica is a BANGING anime. it’s a 12 episode anime but the world that it opens up is enormous, so if you all liked you would have that avenue open to you I’m pretty sure that there three movies out that are extras/continuations and one new one coming out soon. There’s also a side series that has like four seasons 😂😂 Such a good look at mental health, the abuse of young women, childhood trauma, through the lens of a magical girl anime. The animation is on par with the best parts of mha and sometimes even surpasses it. Truly a great watch. I think you guys would LOVE it.

Cody Kelleher

The Legend of Vox Machina. It’s an amazing show and season 3 has just started. Pleeeeeease lordt see my comment 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Tyrnip

Frieren as an anime would be great, A Silent Voice as a movie would be fantastic, X-Men 98 for a recent western animation would be sick.

JoeCrazy

I dunno, Spice and Wolf(the recent one) or maybe Tomo-Chan is a girl? Can't really think of a good/solid 10-12 episode show that that length, something you'd like, or has a solid English dub. Tho tbh, Tomo's dub can be a bit iffy at points.

Bryan

DEATH PARADE I BEGGG, It has psychological things that are great for Montana, great characters and a death note cameo it’s literally perfect

AJ Hutchinson

Dark horse option here but Megaloboxing is phenomenal. Rocky but with machine assistance

Mortis
>>151399042

The dub isn’t the best but the story is so good they should watch it anyway.

Ashley Twigg

Kaiju No 8 definitely makes sense for a modern shows, for older theres options but wouldn't be able to pick anything out

Jessica Canavan
>>151388711

Yeah, I feel like Buddy Daddies would just be the perfect fit for a short reaction in-between other reactions, and the timing with the holiday themes and aspects of the series would just be perfect. Along with that, I know that Spy x Family is often requested, but I believe that show is kinda not possible due to copyright issues. So Buddy Daddies would be a great alternative and kind of fill that request in a way, since it has a similar (though different and distinct) plot and would likely also appeal to the fans that often request Spy x Family reactions. Buddy Daddies probably won't be picked, because it isn't popular enough/as popular as some of the other shows being mentioned here, but it would be such a good fit!

1177171

Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Part 1: Phantom Blood.

H-Bomb 24
>>151388711

Keep bringing it to the conversation, and it might. They would LOOOOVE Buddy Daddies!

kai

over the garden wall or puella magica madoka would be great!

Jessica Canavan
>>151388711

I think they would love it too, and I definitely will keep recommending it. I've recommended it before too, so I won't be stopping any time soon, lol.

Tim Chaos

Comical amount of people unable to count to 12 in here lol. - Blue-Eye Samurai - Over the Garden Wall - Scavengers Reign - X-Men 97 - Puella Magi Madoka Magica (though has a sequel movie) - Twilight of the Gods

Da Big Floof

Hellsing Ultimate might be a interesting one since there is only 10 episodes. It's a bit bloody but its really good!

dannydarko27

Oof I see someone say Over the Garden Wall and that would be a perfect small series, it would be better for October with its spooky themes but we definitely need Montana to watch Edit: With that being said I still prefer you watch Legend of Vox Machina. The animated series based on Critical Roles first D&D campaign.

dannydarko27

I am making an executive decision and overruling my other suggestions with Gurren Lagann. Especially if youre interested with the origins of Studio Trigger

Nytrix

BLUE EYE SAMURAI IS SOO GOOD I RECOMMEND !! It’s 1 seasons 8 episodes and an amazing story

Jade

Blue eye samari, over the garden wall, puella magi madoka magica, X-Men 97

Perry

I am a huge fan of 86 and more than encourage you and Montana to give it a shot. That said, the anime adaptation is a bit longer than Cyberpunk. If you’re looking for something current, Dan Da Dan is streaming on Netflix and Crunchyroll with an English simuldub.

DarkenedBlade1

I would love to see your guys reactions to Kaiju No. 8! It's one of my favorite new anime

Tim Chaos
>>151425493

I know two of the movies are recaps but I didn’t know there’s a spin off, thanks for the heads up!

Allan

erased!

Graham

I think Gurren Lagann would be a good companion piece coming after Cyberpunk Edgerunners. It’s got a lot of similar themes but canted in a *far* more optimistic and pro-social direction. Trigger really likes narratives about powerful dreamers and idealists going up against crushing institutionalist forces of conformity and greed. I think if y’all watch it now, with Cyberpunk fresh in your memories and thoughts, you’ll have a richer viewing experience. It’ll also be a nice palate cleanser because it has a very humanistic message and a much lighter, more frequently comedic tone, than Edgerunners. And it’s one of those iconic, classic anime that everybody wants to see their favorite reactors watch. Case in point- this comment.

Graham
>>151395660

Mashle is just about peak when it comes to the OP MC genre. The comedy lands, the emotional beats do too, and it’s just really fucking good.

Graham
>>151384391

Counter-argument, they watched and enjoyed Chainsaw Man. They can definitely surprise us with their tolerance for anime bullshit.

Mars

Dandadan just started coming out and it’s one of my favorite Manga like ever. I’d totally recommend it. Although trigger warning for the start of it: SA

Punchx11

There is the Castlevania Western Anime on Netflix, But Kaiju #8 is also another great pick!

big chungus

dandadan would be AMAZING and the dub is coming out at the same time as sub (sa tw for first ep tho). blue eye samurai is another good one too!

L.C.

Its gonna be a while for frieren huh.....

Montagusuid

Kaiju.#8 was one of the best anime this year, would love to see you guys reacting to it

Bojac

Horimiya

Jesus Villarreal

Kaiju No* 8 is a great pick. Please consider Scavengers Reign. The sound design and creative world building will tickle your brain.

Alejandro Rosado

Re:zero season 1 directors cut is 13 episodes

Ramon Fax!

How about something different like Violent Evergarden since it's also a 12 episode series. Kind of not down for another Shonen series. How about a Coming of Age story. At least look into it.

Ellie

I’d recommend Sk8 the Infinity if you want a a change of pace or Trigun Stampede if you wanna stick with more Shōnen!

Ellie
>>151378657

I think it’s too long for what they’re asking for right now, but I’m really hoping it gets picked after they’re done with hazbin

Sherpernurnun

Erased or Orange are both short and really good IMO.

Jinchuriki87
>>151450149

Pretty sure they said that will replace JJK, which I think will be done next month

Curt

Kaiju#8 would be super dope

H-Bomb 24
>>151500314

Great choice; that would wreck them emotionally. Buddy Daddies would also work. Since Spy x Family has proven to be too much of a copyright hassle, this would be the next best thing.

Anthony Flenniken

Vinland saga is a nice emotionally light anime after JJK and Cyberpunk.

MacGuffin

Still voting for RWBY. Think you guys would really like the characters.

TheEmptySky

Assassin Classroom would be an amazing watch

VS

You should start with DanDaDan. New show but it is awesome

Amity Harris

If you haven’t seen it y’all should watch Steven Universe or Kipo and the age of the Wonderbeasts.

Thiago Ayres

The Legend of Vox Machina or Castlevania

Jalen Carnes

Legend of vox machina for sure!

Day

Yk what could be another great show that yall would have fun with? Another

Austin

I think yall would love Steins Gate

Robert Bonfante
>>151379043

I'm a week late to this poll, but honestly, there's an army of reactors out there right now reacting to S3 TLOVM, so I've been distracted. One thing that I don't think gets mentioned enough about TLOVM is that it's very much an animated show aimed at adults. The protagonists are all adults. The humor is grown-up (although a little too "gross-out" for my tastes on some episodes), and much of what the protagonists deal with are a little more adult in nature. The members of Vox Machina aren't some teenage, youthful protags you frequently see in anime. They are well into adulthood, having are more sophisticated world-view and have settled into their roles in both the party and in how they engage the world at large. That said, as much as I would love to see TLOVM get a nod here, there's little competition right now for Blue Eyed Samurai and this show is also right up their wheel house. BES is also very much an adult animated show, and the style of animation, the world-building, and the style of storytelling is all S-tier stuff.

emma

Trigun Stampede

Kaleb Beaumont

Lot of the suggestions in here are NOT 10-12 episodes 😂

Nytrix

Another suggestion is promised never land (first season only don’t bother with the others) it has 12 episodes it’s very good

Jaymie Fletcher

death parade is my fav anime and its only 1 season with 12 eps, its fun but also sad

Jessica Canavan
>>152289121

For real. A lot of people are suggesting shows that have numerous seasons and like 25+ episodes. It's a show that needs to fill in a gap between other shows. Something short that's one and done seems to be what they are looking for. Not the first season of a longer running show.

renuzui

I loved Kaiju #8 and I think y'all definitely would too!! Idk if you guys would ever consider it, but two shows that I enjoyed recently were Buddy Daddies and The Yakuza's Guide to Babysitting 😅😅 They're hilarious and cute!! And short too!!! Both 12 episodes if I recall correctly. And if you guys ever decide you need another show with similar vibes that's longer, there's always Spy x Family!!! 😁

Erin Ryan

Pluto is so good and I bet ya'll would love it. Its 8 episodes all on Netflix

AlluGlaich

Really would like to see someone react to Terror in Resonance! A psychological thriller anime with 11 great episodes.

Derek Chase

I would suggest starting Fate/Zero! Its part of one of my favorite franchises with the two direct tied entries being Fate/Zero and Fate/Stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works. Fate/Zero is two seasons each being 12-13 episodes, so season 1 would fit well here. Both series are found on Crunchyroll In terms of the show itself its animated by ufotable (demon slayer folks) and is a fantasy sort of battle like hunger-gamesy thing with some fantastic characters and great storytelling.

Kitty3545

Please check out Erased its an excellent Dubbed Anime with only 12 episodes. For something that is in the romantic comedy I would recommend checking out Kaguya Sama: Love is War.

Anthony Metcalf

Naruto Kai series!!!!!!! It's amazing and way shorter than traditional Naruto. I'm halfway through and it's been amazing.

Curtis Mitchell

Deathparade! Totally overlooked by mainstream media. But a great show about judging human lives and you would have so many stimulating conversations about human nature.

Profitsgiven

I would say elusive samurai it just came out late season and it is really good

Max Maier

Re Zero just has just gotten s3 and it’s amazing totally unique concept of a show

Okmai

akame ga kill

Cameron Gardner

10-12 eps and dude said re zero season 3 lol

Karuuuudesuu

Terror in Ressonance would be great

Taylor Kim

Terror in resonance or Death Parade both are good anime and I am sure you will love them

Pancake Mix

Ok so it's been a while and yall have probably already decided but here are a few actually incredible shorter anime, and that could be used as a way to watch something different while you wait, all of these have 1 season (although some have movies but you don't HAVE TO watch), and are still loved: Madoka Magica (12) let's just say Arcane S2 Arc 3 is Madoka for the faint of heart, Yuri on Ice (12) put MAPPA on the MAP people at the Olympics were talking about it and then homophobia and action shonen klled it so only one season, Violet Evergarden (13) is an incredible introduction to Kyoani a top 2 studio in Japan alongside UFOTABLE they actually have long term workers who have developed their skills for years and only take very few projects usually focused on more human stories.
