OH

Chris Collier

You guys are actually the best now I have something to go with my pizza

HBelmont 24

Trick or treat? HE CHOSE TREAT. KENNY, YOU RULE! HAVE A HAPPY HALLOWEEN.

eliana

NO WAY

Scar

THE WAY I KNEW YALL COULDNT WAIT😭

no u uwu

Happy Halloween hope you guys have a great night

HBelmont 24

DEFINITELY an interesting choice to bring a brand new character and Quirk into the mix with Cassie and New Order, only to take both off the table in order to weaken the main boss. Couldn't think of any other way Horikoshi could have written it without ending the series there and then, so I don't really have a problem with it.

HBelmont 24

Bravo, Cassie. You did your master, your brothers, and your country proud. 🫡

george

i manifested this …

yob

appreciate ur work

Alec Patterson

Season 7 is phenomenal and I’m still 5 episodes away from the end. I’m so psyched to watch this with you guys

Kristopher Sy

Interesting idea for new order. But that one is two vague and in order for new order (heh heh) to work, he would have to touch all of the foreign heros at oncw

No Consequence

You guys may have forgotten but it's actually really risky to jam multiple Quirks into people

yob

you guys def need to listen to the intro more at first I was like eh and now it's like top 3 for me lol

James S

Thanks for the double drop! Hope you both have a good Halloween! This is why S&S is HER!

Letts React

Funny cause that’s EXACTLY what I’m imagining will happen with this intro haha, I’m not sold entirely but I SEE THE VISION

Travis

Thanks for the double drop Kenny! (Just so you know, you're liable to get a LOT of requests for those this season lol)

HBelmont 24

Dang, that comment from Kenny about how Star and Endeavor tried to emulate All Might in vastly different ways kinda blew my mind.

HBelmont 24

Again, having it be a blind reaction for both of them now is SO much fun. 😁

Kyle MacDonald

I never saw it really get picked up anywhere but I always referred to the Shigaraki/AFO combo as 'All For Two'.

Chase

Best reactors on the internet 🎉🎉🎉

HBelmont 24

Cassie's relationship with her Air Force bros is so wholesome. She avoids the pitfalls that too many "strong female characters" fall into where they're strong, but arrogant and don't need help from anyone. Star appreciates and acknowledges her comrads and COULD NOT pull this off without them. Horikoshi's a good writer in that regard.

HBelmont 24

Montana's face at 23:06 when Star said, "You idiot" 🤣🤣

HBelmont 24

I'm privy to "AFS" (All For Shiggy)

HBelmont 24

Yup. Eps 5-6 and 10-11 come to mind.

Jinchuriki87

Yeah the song for this intro is a big nope for me lmao

Jinchuriki87

But song iffy aside...we all very much appreciate the double drop for star! Her performance is definitely worthy of it!

HBelmont 24

We NEED an OVA or spinoff story with her!

Tyler Owens

That’s a great one too!

Doge Creations

i think the s7 op2 is probably one of my favourites, the first opening isn't bad at all, it's just sort of 'an opening' to me ghfjdfd its good but i dont really seek it out sorta thing

zay collins

I like the op but it doesn't feel mha to me for some reason

Lexi-Conway

Honestly I wasn’t a fan of the OP but now I’ll just randomly get it stuck in my head. Also seeing you guys both blind react is SO much better than I imagined.

HBelmont 24

Tell me about it. This season was the PERFECT starting point for Kenny's blind reaction.

Æther Paradox

EVEN MORE ON SHIBUYA INCIDENT DAY!?!? Even Mahito couldn't mess this up.

AngrySpaceCat

The OP gives me Tokyo Ghoul vibes

Limini

Im not feeling the op 😔 But I love everyone's new designs :D

Joe Duncan

Man I can't wait until next week

Mekar

Curtain Call gets stuck in my head a lot. The "iza nanbyakkai nansenkai zenkai de kimi wo sukutte, sukutte uta u kara " part is so catchy

Arthur

Same band.

Doge Creations

YEAHH curtain call has been stuck in my head since it released lmaoo

emma

Did yall watch the ending? 😭

Stache King

Yeah, that was a thing. Number 1 hero of the US and she lasted two episodes. Granted, she gave one hell of a parting shot, but let that be a sign of things to come. Speaking of, be prepared for . . . a reveal sometime in the very near future.

William Roberts

Star and Stripe is the most America shit i have ever seen in anime.

JTBloodstone

Hey Kenny, just wondering if you are aware of the All Might Rising short and if you have seen it. It’s in Japanese but shows some great early All Might content you would enjoy.

Ferret

Star and Stripe shows up, inspires a sense of true patriotism in every American fan the likes of which most of us have never experienced, dies as the greatest hero in the world. Two episodes, instantly one of my favorite characters in the entire series.

Erin Ryan

GOOODDD BLEESSSS AMEERICAAAA RAAAAHHHH

Erin Ryan

I still firmly believe that Stars and Stripes shouldve won here

ColbyJackCheese

Lmao great caption for a truly spooky episode. Love the reaction, can't wait for more as I also watch this season for the first time through y'all!

mastertater

Love the singer he dose the first opening of Tokyo ghoul

mastertater

Ya her boss look like that bc the writer love star wars and there lot more stuff he put in though the show

Rhythem

Star and Stripe 😭 I already miss her. I wish we got more about her and see her interacting with the students.

Ellie

Lots of Star Wars references these 2 episodes! Commander Agpar is definitely a nod to Admiral Ackbar and two of Star’s pilots are named Wedge and Biggs, just like two of the pilots who helped luke destroy the Death Star

Ellie

Also I can’t believe so many people dislike this op, I freaking love it. The Tokyo ghoul op is one of my favs of all time and this is the same band/similar vibes

chris

Not gonna lie I have been rather disappointed with AFOs planning even a rushed plan should have took advantage of the environment like quirks that effect water and if he had to run away go underground or just swim using the super human strength.. Its also kinda sad star is done and dusted after just 2 episodes

Erin Ryan

The beef all for one has with all might reminds me of sukunas hate for yuji

awildjord

fr i need more appreciation for this op i love it

Speedson

My wife likes to call him "All for Shiggy" so that has been my go to name for him.

Eric C

sad as it is to lose Star so soon, i get why. her quirk is a P R O B L E M and had to be taken off the board for someone like AFO. least she went out like a badass

Jesus Villarreal

The Opening for this season is very similar to the Op for S1 of Tokyo Ghoul. Same artist too! It’s be awesome to see you guys react to the similarities.

HBelmont 24

I dunno know why you'd like those episodes. After all, you hate the rain.

HBelmont 24

Why are you booing him? He's right!

HBelmont 24

We deserve an OVA or a spinoff story. Just a few chapters, that's all I ask for. 😭

HBelmont 24

Seriously 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

HBelmont 24

They aren't really new designs; everyone was just wearing like half their costumes.

HBelmont 24

One thing I like about this episode is that this is the first time we see AFO truly lose his composure.

𝖐𝖆𝖙𝖘𝖚𝖐𝖎 𝖇𝖆𝖐𝖚𝖌𝖔𝖆𝖙

To be honest probably Because I have specific trauma around the things that he has done to His classmates so i'm pretty biased. Anyone that touches ppl inappropriately without consent is not ok in my books. But good for him on being better....a little

drew

I love the visuals of the intro, not obsessed with the song. I always find the fact that bakugo smiles interesting.

And they had their hair down :D I think it's just so much fun seeing their more causal designs even if they're not "new designs" We still get to see a new side of them And I have a feeling that they are drawn a bit older, especially uravity or it's just the hair again idk

HBelmont 24

Fair enough, friend. Fair enough.

William Roberts

I have seen two different English translations of this, and this one is my favorite. in one translation the final New Order is that New Order will oppose all other quirks. given the visuals and how the image of Star and Stripe acted once stolen, i think the translation of New Order will rage against any other quirk it encounters is much better. I even think the other translation has AFO just yell at Star while this one has him shout that she was cheating which is also excellent.

William Roberts

I also love the fact that since Star did not know AFO/Shiggy's name she just calls him John Doe as New Order dies.

gamerx

You guys don't seem to get this but remember all quirks have vestiges. all for one has the bad dreams of people whos quirks hes taken. One for all is especially pronounced because they all chose to support him.

Isosceles

I wonder if simply calling him Shigaraki would’ve had more of an effect, because he wasn’t sure if he was All for One or Tomura (I know Tenko is also in the mix, but 2/3 might’ve had more of a chance) but both technically go by Shigaraki.

HBelmont 24

Fighting together, sure, but MAAAAAN what I would give to have them at least meet and interact. 😭😭

Tyrnip

John/Jane Doe is the name that the US uses when talking about any unspecific man or woman of interest. For example if someone is in a coma at a hospital but never identified they are listed as a “John Doe” as the name while advertising the potential missing person

Ej

I think the fight sort of had to happen. It would be weird if not a SINGLE country attempted to help, and the fact that an American would be the one to charge in makes too much sense. It's the birthplace of comic book heroes and we have a tendency to do that irl as well

Daniel Nolt

But would he still go by Shigaraki, or All For One? We'll never truly know... probably

Eric C

the way they could've geeked out about All Might together...

Savage_

That scene with him freaking out yelling she cheated is sooooo funny. Dude lost his S***. Then had the balls to talk smack after like he wasn't panicking because of her

Saiyasha

I always find it absolutely incredible how they can make you feel this deply for Star and Stripe in just two episodes. Woman was a fucking Powerhouse.

BojacksReacts

She had to go. Star X deku vs AFO wouldn’t be fair. The one time I’d say the villains were saved by plot. She should’ve won, but obviously we’d have no season 8😭

HBelmont 24

Hey Kenny. Could you use the "Why you booing me? I'm right!" meme with Mineta this episode? 🤣

Landon Nguyen

Having tomura saying “new order new heroes can’t cant japan” wouldn’t work. New order can affect the object named but not other objects that weren’t named in the rule.

Lori

The ending song and animation is incredible!

Kleed44

Shigaraki after getting hit by the missiles makes Dabi look like he's healthy lmao

Wisdom Abrahamson

Star and stripe is a similar character to the warhammer titan, a powerful character that exists to lose their fist fight to show the power of a character

Anime Lover24

dude tsukauichi with the beard and mustshe and longer hair short hair
