Love the double upload! Of all the shows I’ve watched with you guys, this is number 2 (Owl House will always be number 1!)

Anthony Flenniken

Ohh my goodness my birthday is next friday, and I was super sad I'd be on a plane instead of watching this at 10AM like clockwork thank you for the double upload.

HBelmont67

My week has been . . . a lot, and I would REALLY appreciate a double drop. 🙏

Day

Double upload 😭 just what I needed

HBelmont67

The way this show animates fight scenes is ELITE, and I'm not just talking about the magic effects. Just the fluidity of Stark and the female demon during their fight shows how much effort they put into it.

Max Maier

Nothing has made me more happy then seeing today is. Double upload these episodes are so AMAZING in tandem

HBelmont67

Fern and Lugner's fight is one of the best scenes in the series, but, hands down, my favorite part is Fern's no-look block as she keeps walking towards Lugner as the music builds. 😃😃

William Roberts

the Fern ice cold catwalk casually fending off every attack is peak.

HBelmont67

The music this episode, titled Zoltraak, is easily one of the best music for a fight scene on this channel. 🎶 🔥

HBelmont67

People usually use the Zenitsu comparison with Stark and his personality, but I've found a way it applies to Fern, as well. That being their respective fighting styles. As we know, Zenitsu only knows and uses the first form of Thunder Breathing, and Fern sticks to ordinary offensive and defensive magic. Both stick to the basics, but are also the absolute best at them.

StorytellerDave

I LOVE the music that plays during the Fern - Lügner fight, Zoltraak track from the OST.

Limini

omg double drop idk why I didn't see it coming with all the signs

Limini

and her sidestep, she is sooo coool

Limini

Right? I love how they depict weight as well

Kaleb

such a goated double drop

Delinda Arts

Ayyye double Frieren Drop!🙏🏾

Rudy Velazquez

This is one of my favorite episodes. The soundtrack too. Ugh. I love it.

HBelmont67

The way this show animates hair and clothes moving is astonishing. They didn't need to make Stark putting his coat on and Fern tearing her cloak off look THAT good, but they did.

Delinda Arts

TO THIS DAY, that bit of sakuga of Stark rotating his arm and putting on his coat still baffle me. Due to how sakuga heavy this ep was with all the incredible fight choreography, they really could've cut that corner, but they decided to flex on us mere mortals lmao

Robin B

I SO LOVE that Zoltraak OST during the fight

MaSeshield9277

THANK YOU, the absolute grace and sass in that walk, the animation level on it is everything.

David L

Why would you want to disgrace Fern by saying that

HBelmont67

"Tell me, Frieren. How did you train this girl?" "Well."

Braden Jackson

My god I feel fake every time I put on my jacket now

Braden Jackson

Sorry to hear that H bomb hope next week is better

HBelmont67

Thx. Already off to a better start.

MaSeshield9277

Such a great episode. I love this show and I'm so glad you guys are enjoying it

HBelmont67

Kenny really used the "Get up, buddy" on Stark 🤣🤣

Erin Ryan

I love how you don't have to worry about a main character dying in this show lol. Also, I love how demons are simply evil and are the bad guys. Sometimes I don't want to feel sad when the MC beats the bad guys lol.

Victor Velazco

cannot wait for episode 21 around 13 mins 😮‍💨😮‍💨

Suplee215

I also think Fern doesn't realize how different Freiran and her teaching is. To Fern she's just a student learning beginner spells. But the beginner spells Freiren teaches already much more advanced.

Baron Salt

This is late, but fun fact. Since Stark was on the defensive this entire fight out of fear, he has technically one shot every opponent he's come across so far.
