Bruh hahaha. In the 1999 sub, Killua calls Leorio a b*tch and it’s so funny haha

Kristopher Sy

You know you are dead when your match only has a few minutes left of the episode with a main character

MaSeshield9277

I feel like I haven't heard the rock paper scissors discussion on your guys's channel before. Now I really want to go through the backlog and find out where it was cuz this is funny

thevoidbender

the fairy tail wow always is so funny

thevoidbender

I think its originally from like a 90s konami game but it was so pervasive in 90s/early 2000s anime.

Limini

First time I watched it, i thought killua would keep it more of a secret lol

Limini

Most people (50-60%) use rock the first time bc 1. you don't have to open your hand (You don't have to make an active decision, when we panic or act on impulse a fist comes more naturally than something complex like scissors) 2. people have an unconscious bias that rock is the strongest This is only true for "inexperienced" Players who play without a predetermined strategy. Putting on pressure, by announcing your throw for example is not accounted for in that statistic

LowHorizon

Guys this could be de ja vu but I swear I have seen you have this exact conversation about rock paper scissors before. 😂Someone find the episode.

LowHorizon

Also I think Hisoka completed the course in 6 hours

LowHorizon

Yeah 6 hours 17 minutes

LowHorizon

ALSO fucking brilliant question from Montana, how tf did they keep the mass murderer in prison?

LowHorizon

Ah shit I should really watch to the end b4 commenting… embarrassing yikes

Saiyasha

Nah, he's all like "Yeah, I'm an assasin, so what?"

cade-carter

what at all drives that thought? he constantly talks about... "ive trained against poison" "my family are assassins" "I stabbed my mom and brother" "people dont usually believe me" he doesnt hesitate to show off against netero either

cade-carter

he couldnt break out his manacles...

Limini

Assassins are usually all about stealth and traps and stuff. So I thought since he's a kid, he'd use that to his advantage to make people underestimate him. So when he talks like that people usually don't believe him (like he said) so he doesn't care how much he says. Whenever he killed he seemed to try to hide it from gon (from my point view), like leaving before he wants to kill the soccer guy and the two people on the ship he also killed out of gons sight. I thought he was banking on the fact that people don't take it seriously when kids talk shit. Like if a 12 year old comes up to you and just says stuff like that youd think he's just an edgelord or something. I thought killua way going to kill the guy in a more roundabout way like tripping him so he falls off the edgeior using his illusion walk to trick him etc. Some method where he couldhkeep his claws and physical strength hidden so he'd have a trump card for later.

Limini

And the fact that he's so cold hearted, like his bloodlust. I thought he'd try to conceal it a bit more. It's one thing to want to kill your family (since family can be shitty) and being ok with killing just about anyone. And seeing someone kill in person, live and in color vs just hearing someone brag about his family legacy, would have different weight/impression

Jonathan Chavez

For your american animation you HAVE to watch X Men and X Men 97... X Men 97 is up there in story telling with AoT

sophiasmilez

One of my favorite KILLUA moments

Jinchuriki87

Yall have heard that "woooow" before in mha (when the kid deku saves from muscular was guarding the girls hot springs from mineta, he accidentally peeped on them himself and you got the "woooow"...then he almost died lmao)

Jinchuriki87

Crazy part is...that's just a SAMPLE of just HOW much of a menace killua is 🤣🤣🤣

narutorunner

The fact they like the show this much already makes me so excited for the future reactions

narutorunner

My friend would tell me what he was going to play in rock paper scissors, it was a crazy mind game

dannydarko27

Love how last ep they were praising Leorio as a smart man, but every smart man is an idiot for boobs. Especially when you're actually a teenage boy who looks like a smart man lmao

JD

I like to think Killua had to give gon the birds and the bees talk in the background at 6:22 I think that because it would just add to his oblivious characteristics for me lol but he could’ve been explaining to him Leorios mindset and it not being on winning the bet which would be funny too because of Gons one track mind

Fox Trot

I appreciate this early stage in the show a lot... because there's no ethical dilemmas that lead to me writing large multi-part comments about the virtue of one character compared to another yet. Having said that... Killua's morality is a subject that could be intensely debated but generally I think he has a surprisingly developed conscience for a assassin- maybe a slightly warped sense of right and wrong but in general it seems like he doesn't want to kill people who are kind to him and his friends- or who don't harm him (hence why he avoided killing Netero) I've always wondered if there's anyone in his family that could have inspired that tiny degree of softness in him

Mary Baker

Yeah, he had extraordinary strength in his hands, but he wasn’t flexible enough to get his fingers to the manacles.

illnamethechannellater653

Maybe spoilers but ..... Killua definitely did not need to give Gon the birds and the bees talk lool

illnamethechannellater653

Yhea ... I think the coolest thing about HxH is that most characters aren't good or bad they just different shades of grey.
